It is so weird to me that Porky is nowhere to be seen in Ultimate. It cannot be because Sakurai forgot him. New Pork City and Galleom from subspace are proof of that. He is also the first person you think of when you think of an antagonist from Mother. Mother IS having it's 30th anniversary next year....I'm not gonna get my hopes up but damn it'd be amazing if he ended up being a DLC fighter...or maybe he'll be a DLC boss who knows : /.

Masked Man, Ultimate Chimera, and the Absolutely Safe Capsule are all Spirits, and New Pork City is a stage (with the Ultimate Chimera as a hazard and the Porky Statue in the background). Yeah, I don't think that Sakurai cares too much about spoilers when it comes to Mother 3.

I’ve been watching a lot of Godzilla movies lately, and it suddenly clicked that this song is just one big reference to Godzilla and the Military March theme that’s played in those movies. Godzilla’s theme even plays at the very beginning of this track
Honestly though, if we got Porky as a fighter and Claus as an echo (of Lucas) all of a sudden, the interest of the series would probably go up 10x and it'd be easier than ever to sell a Mother 3 port & localization. Also this year is Mother's 30th anniversary and year of the pig :)

Emilio Peralta Porky was upscaled in Subspace just to be an appropriate boss fight. He’s really the same size as bowser in his game when you compare him to Lucas or Ness.
If he gets in Smash that would be an amazing fighter. Imagine having Bowser, Gannondorf, Ridley, Dark Samus, Wolf, King K.Rool, and Porky fighting on a stage to see who’s beat villain. *THAT WOULD BE AMAZING* Hell throw Piranha Plant in there too.

I don't know its a strangely captivating song that both makes me ill at ease and at the same time gives me a certain type of energy. Like the Imperial March there is just something utterly amazing with the song, yet you never forget that it symbolizes fascism and the utter destruction of freedom and joy. The song symbolizes the triumph in a sense of utter evil over good. But at the same time we know that in the end, they are crushed by the world and good is returned,
I wonder why they made Porky completely absent from the game. Doesn’t show up as a boss, spirit, assist trophy or even a background character. Petey Piranha and Rayquaza, the other two “non-smash original” bosses would get to be in Piranha Plant’s final smash and on Kalos Pokemon league respectively, so what happened to Porky. He should’ve been a boss over Galleom to be honest
Did this kinda creep people out as a kid when the giant statue of porky was chasing you and nothing could get in his way, in a abandoned zoo. I always thought of it as real life like what if you were in a abandoned zoo and that thing just wouldn’t stop following you no matter where you went.
Before I ever even KNEW what the mother series was and I thought Ness was a little Spanish boy (for some reason), this was my favorite song in brawl, and porky was my favorite boss. Young child me felt some legit fear from porky lmao

I have always despised porky. Easily the shittiest character I think I have ever seen. And this theme reminded me of that Good theme btw and nice remix. That fact haven't changed how I enjoy this theme
That moment when Porky's theme is actually a combination of the song when the Masked Man arrives and the Log-O-Type song with the only thing that makes sence being the pigmask leifmotif

It was evaporated, becoming a spirit...but Porky isn’t a spirit. Porky is still alive. The Capsule protected him from even the most devastating attack... Porky is alive...the only survivor of Galeem’s attack. Fitting, isn’t it?
@@mrmeek5421 yeah right... But it rappresents variatons of them, and the capsule has 2 main variatons, the empty One, and the One with porky. Technicaly this is the empty One, so maybe if, and when porky will be revealed i think (just my opinon) he'll come out from it
If you think about it, Porky's a good potential villain for a smash reboot (if that's the plan) Since he's able to time travel, he could easily reset the timeline and change the whole universe into his liking.
Okay so I know this is a smash bros song, but I just wanted to say that I feel like Porky always gets the best songs in the EarthBound games. Like, Pokey Means Business/Cease To Exist is one of my favorite songs in the whole franchise.
