You are 100% right about the handbrake direction. Two years of (718 Spyder) ownership and I still can’t get it right. And it’s not me, it’s the car. Cup holder design is idiotic in this car also. That nice dash strip has all these vertical cuts in it so that the 5% of the time you have a drink in there you can close the largest part of that strip and still have drinks. What a mess visually. That strip should be one single piece. Other than some frustrating quirks, this is possibly the best sportscar of all time.

You need these little plugs for the coffee cup lids. Learnt that quickly with my 718 gts. Gt4 arriving in 2 days, need to get some more !

Very honest review, I appreciate it. Black is the color it looks best in, I agree. And never let anyone screw holes in your car!!

I use Autoquest seat adjusters on my Porsche carbon buckets, they incline the whole seat back slightly which is sooo much more comfortable, particularly when wearing a helmet. A bit expensive after import from Florida but honestly worth it imo. Great car the GT4, enjoy 👍

Thanks for this - very informative. What's your view on the ride quality on UK roads? I've tried the GT4 and GTS 4.0 on a track at the Silverstone Experience and that's billiard table smooth so they both felt OK - albeit a bit more taught with more control in the GT4. I'm keen to know how they feel on a normal road. Also, I've heard the clubsports are a bit noisier because the roll-cage can channel more noise due to it being directly mounted to the chassis. Not sure if that's true or not.

Coffee is to be drunk with the cup sitting on the back wing. Like in the Chris Harris GT3 last drive before winter video. As a GT4 owner I agree with you regarding the handbrake. I screw it up every single time. But I love that car.....

I just think of the ebrake as pushing the calipers onto the disc when I push it downwards. Why you booting it anyways with a hot drink in the holder...? It's bound to go all over. I'd stay clear of open drinks when you're wanting to drive in a "spirited" fashion. 👍

Good real life review. However i don't get why people have to bring coffee in their car ??? I always have my espresso before to get in my car and the only drink i bring with with me is a bottle of water.....
