@kent your grunter trace is all wrong..i been targeting grunter for the past 10 years and i have caught many grunters up to 8kgs and if you fishing for grunter first thing to always remember is u will always use a running trace..this episode with ur 7ft u supposed to run the ball straight through main line then 2 way swivel and 60cm hook snoot and a hook of ur choice..always remember grunter is a ground feeding fish..ur trace u used after putting the rod in the rodstand would have kept the bait above the ground of the river..cheers bro..tight lines
