A reef and wreck diving trip with Burntwood SAC. Porthkerris beach can be dived from, you can launch a rib here or use one of their two hard boats. There are facilities, a shop, kit wash and a cafe. Drawmer rock is a nice shallow 6-9m dive in a protected area. The local wrecks on the Manacles are Mohegan and Spiridian Vagliano. The smaller Celtic Kitten boat is ideal as it has an opening in the bow that you just walk onto the boat., fully kitted. There is no gear on the boat that you are not diving with - you just jump off at the divesite. Ideal. Walk on, walk off. There is a lift to get back on and the beach is a short steam back.
