Thank you and I'm glad. I was debating whether to keep the bird sounds in because there's also the sound of my neighbor mowing his lawn, but the birds sounded too lovely to cut them out. Happy new year ✨

Thank you for these! I think these will help me alot! Ive been listening and following you for awhile you’ve helped me tremendously. I typically play them when im out whether a business meeting, going to the store or just when im feeling on edge...Can you make a video similar to your walking one but being in out and about with a combo of affirmations and talk down. If that makes sense. I get very anxious leaving the house and will usually start with panic calm down or walking one then it goes into body scan.. Does anyone know how I can put this on repeat so it plays continuously?

If you click on the video and then click on the icon that comes up in the top right hand side corner then click additional settings then click on loop video and it will repeat over and over again.
