Good morning and welcome to this positive morning meditation for cultivating positive emotions. This guided meditation will help prime yourself for noticing differences around you. You can make changes in your life and regardless of what is thrown in your path, you can choose how to react. Mindfully or mindlessly.
Mindfulness doesn't have to be about Buddhism and watching your thoughts. It can simply be noticing more than you usually do.
After waking up, you might be ready to hit the ground running towards your busy morning. But taking 10 minutes to ground yourself will set you up for an even better day. Rather than follow the rules, be obedient and do the same every day, following your instinct is easier when you've given yourself space to notice the subtle differences in your body and mind. You'll be ready to be more curious about your environment and relationships.
Written and narrated by a Clinical Psychologist to help you shift your mindset and elevate your mood, this guided morning meditation is designed to bring you a sense of peace, relaxation and positivity, making it perfect for starting your day on the right foot.
With soothing music playing in the background, I'll gently encourage you to tap into your inner resources and build resilience with positive affirmations. (Although if you've meditated with me before, you know I don't do fake it till you make it positive affirmations - I keep it real).
By the end of the 10 minutes, you'll emerge with a renewed sense of positivity and more clarity. You'll feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to face the day with confidence. You might even decide to make it a part of your regular morning routine.

Clare. I can honestly say that your meditations are the most beautiful and effective ones that I have experienced to date. I was introduced to your meditation skills via another meetup group. Almost immediately after listening to the first meditation, I was in a deep mediative state.
