Your meditations have helped me so much. I struggle a lot with anxiety and depression and as a teen it can become a lot, your guided sleep meditations have helped me a lot with insomnia and i am so grateful ❤❤. Keep doing what youre doing 😊

Do you have that’s longer? My panic/anxiety has return. Husband is not home yet and panic attacks have started up. He’s been gone to rehab 2 months, no panic til just thought of him coming home triggered.

May I suggest you access some tapping (EFT) videos online as these help to calm self and any panic. Brad Yates has many to tap along with.
