STRESS is a very big contributor to stroke. At all cost work on your inner pece and happiness and get rid of negative people and influence. A year ago on my 72nd. Bday I was in the er with 2 strokes. Did not even realize what I was going through, but my total total faith in God to see me through this and here I am exactly a year later at 99% back to normal. Listen to this guy, what he says is right on. I was a Ballroom dancer/teacher and I was teaching at the time of my stroke. I understand what he say about skating. Yes, I can still dance, but not with the same energy as i had before. But it’s ok and I’m perfectly happy with life and what my realities are today. Yes, BE POSITIVE! It’s a game changer.❤️

It’s really frustrating when my own family members say, “are you well yet?! “But yet all the people that’s not in my family complement how far I’ve come in just a few short months. I don’t know why my family thinks I’m supposed to be will it just a few months or less

I am sorry to hear that but I think most families have more of a stake in your improvement and maybe by having a stroke, you have put more demands on them? I have made earlier videos attempting to address this issue like Episode 2.. Different people have different recovery times and I hope that you will come back quickly!

@Deejae, sometimes the people who we expect to be the most understanding and sympathetic are our own family. God has called YOU to learn something new about your body and your family is not allowed INTO your brain to understand what is really going on inside your head/stroke. I call it a party for one. Just work on making the improvements inside where no one understands or feels but you. Unless, they themselves walk in your shoes, they won’t comprehend.
