You’ve helped me make the connection that effective speaking and effective leading, are mutually coupled. The material you deliver is top-notch. The paperback book is on its way. I can’t wait to Incorporate it into my daily life. I am an engineer. And in the culture, I find myself. I have erroneously understood leadership to be based on skills. I think engineering companies are starting to wake up to this discrepancy. Your approach has me now realize that I’ve had it all wrong. It’s not about what I do as an individual. If I want to lead it’s about how do I leverage the skills and the goodwill and help organize the capacities in others so that they also feel great about making the contributions they do. Thank you for being here.
