I just signed a BBA but in the price breakout builder not mentioned parking..but the same is inclusive in booking form...but in BBA its mentioned in 3-4 paragraph like allottee applied for an apartment in builder with apartment number along with a garage/covered parking ____ and area 135 sqft..so does it look good?
Sir, possession letter ka advance copy mail pe send karne ke liye request Kiya nahi send kar rahe h. Hum send nahi karte. Maine mail karke ye record me rakha h that they are forcing us to sign the possession and not providing advance copy thats why anything written in possession letter other than already mentioned in agreement will not be applicable on us. Our signature will be considered for key handover purpose only. We have declared in advance. In case of any discrepancies this mail will be produced.
Society doesn't allow membership and canceltion of Share certificate without the knowledge of member... Interfere of concerned minister also help lot to society committee.. Courts of law also help as inordinate time to dispose the writ... You to loose money time and effort. CMO, PMOPG complains dosen't help...
You have missed out on high Deposit for furniture interior works as part of possession letter. I am fighting for it, demanding 3 lacs with no guarantee when they will return
Please don't mind sir.. but need your view on this... Isn't it true that people are buying into an apartment inside of a gated community.. so aren't you signing up for the whole thing ? Also I think what you are saying is a lot more relevant to people who buy into a standalone building. What's your view on these 2 perspectives?
Are you signing up for the "whole thing" with awareness of the "whole thing" i.e. gated community and benefits? Or are you signing up with ignorance? is the builder getting informed and willing consent, or is he somehow hijacking your consent?
@@KrishnarajRaoUrbanNaxal I think most people who go into the locations and see the entire plan with model and also the discussion on the amenities know very well that its a township and infact are buying such in complexes primarily because of amenities so why would they not understand the the building construction is one thing and building the entire township is another and hence most of them understand and hence have more patience. some of the people want the benefit of township but want to pay for standalone building flat. surely that doesn't work...
@@kasht427 Public is public, janta is janta. It is the job of the builders to understand what is the public psychology, because they deal with thousands and lakhs of people. And it is the job of builders to do business in such a way that THEY DO NOT FINANCIALLY OR EMOTIONALLY EXPLOIT THE FLAT-BUYERS. If public has been sold a product-service bundle that they did not fully understand at the time of purchase, IT IS THE BUILDER'S FAULT. As the saying goes, "The customer is always right".
Sir I am from Mumbai malad.i have flat in subvension plan and plan ended on December 2019.builder had given me and everyone in writing on his letterhead to pay to the bank pre emi interest on behalf of builder and 15% of agreement will be adjusted on possession of flat. I have to pay rupees 38,31000. Now in bank i have paid pre emi interest of rupees 34,38000... the builder say you pay to the builder balance amount of rupees 38,31000..and then the builder will reverse the amount cutting my tds of 10%.... a big harrassment to the customers. I am fighting for it
All payments made promptly, except the last 5% on possession not made due to a delay in possession that has gone beyound 1 year as allowed to the developer as per the agreement. Then what should I do?
