Writing as a 77 year old MtF I can assure you that the sex drive remains with you to well after you become a pensioner!! Strangely enough my mother-in-law (then a widow) got shacked up with a gentleman when they were both 81& eventually married (for the 2nd time) at 87....!!

Thank you so much for being so detailed. I am likely going to need to talk to my daughter about sex some time in the next few years and this has answered some of the questions she might have. After giving birth to 3 biological boys, I thought I had gotten away with not having to have the sex talk. The "not self cleaning" vagina was what I was most curious about. Thank you!
