I have fluctuated in weight my whole life, and I also struggled with disordered eating, developing anorexia, and became an obsessive runner. I thought being thin was androgynous and it helped me battle dysphoria in the closet. Estrogen and post-surgical recoveries made me gain weight again after transition, but it’s honestly kind of great. I’m very curvy and carry it mostly in my thighs/hips and breasts. My boyfriend is cis and he loves how I look 🥰. You should feel very confident because you are a beautiful woman

Adding testosterone might help? I've heard some trans girls do it to mirror cis womens hormone levels and it helps with weight and libido.

Wow, you look wonderful! I had the opposite problem: I lost 100 pounds in less than a year before starting hormones as I didn't want to try to lose weight on HRT. Now I can't gain weight when I want, almost like I had bypass surgery; I get bogged down and cannot eat enough to gain weight. I also have some dangerous proto-ED habits from the weight loss period. And, as always, the impossible desire to be smaller and curvier at the same time. I think curvier women look fantastic; my wife would be considered obese by her BMI, but damn she looks hot. I am, of course, completely unbiased. 🏳‍⚧💛🧡❤
