I started running a few months ago, and have been watching your videos ever since. I genuinely don't understand how your videos don't have more views, they stand out to me over any other resource. You provide great content for free, and your constant emphasis on doing what feels good for each unique body is so so important and really encourages me. I love feeling my body destress and relax as the videos progress, I never knew that stretching could feel so good before I found your channel! I really enjoyed the longer style of video, I definitely neglect my upper body stretches 😅. Thanks for the video :D

This is honestly the best stretch I've ever had. Thank you for direct and straightforward directions and constant reminders that we have to be kind to our bodies and be aware of our bodily limits.

Just did this video after a tough 6 miles, after a poor night’s sleep and feeling very sad. Felt good to be deepening my breath, slowing my nervous system down, hearing Ash’s cheery voice. Really appreciate the support as I continue to train for the London half marathon in April! See ya soon for another video 🙌🏼

Just finished a 6.5km run. I’m in a bit of a training slump, but I got out and feel so much better after this wonderful stretch. Thanks for taking the time to create this free content and doing it in such a gentle way. I appreciate the quiet (no music), slow, detailed, yet positive instructions.

I loved your reminders to take it slow and listen to the body. Hearing your explanations really put me in the zone, you had great pacing, and I felt like I got a good stretch that most videos just don't leave me feelinlg with. I also apppreciate that you do not have music on in the background as it can be pretty distracting for me, and I like to play my own anyways. So happy I found you, adding this to my treasurebox of practices to repeat. Thank you, Ash!

Hey mate, as a young guy I never really stretched. My worst instance of this was after running a marathon, I had a shower and went to bed, that was it. Recently I’ve learned how much mobility I’ve lost by smashing my self at the gym each day combined with running and it definitely feels weird since not a lot of people my age stretch but I’ve noticed massive improvements through watching your videos after every run. Just wanted to give my thanks for having this content be free and available to anyone, since I can’t afford proper yoga classes so this is helping me out a ton. Cheers.

As always, huge thanks for your videos! I am now training for my 3rd half marathon, and I have seen a remarkable improvement in my recovery since I followed your advice and decided never to skip the stretch again! And better recovery leads of course to better training sessions and less pains and aches... I am hugely grateful to you! As well, I now look forward to the after-run stretching session, it just feels so good! This was perfect after my 23 miler! My upper body tenses up more the longer I run and I really appreciated the focus on the shoulders. This was also a little gentler on my lower body which is already sore from the miles and doesn't need anything intense. Loved it!

What a grand stretch! Thanks ever so much, Ash! Any stretch that starts not crosslegged works best for me. Loved the flow as well as a longer stretch. Hubby recommended this one. I can sure see why. Ran a few hills before the snowstorm. A great relaxing enjoyable stretch routine. Always appreciate how you explain how to do the moves.

I just wanted to share how transformative your warm-up and stretching routines have been for me. Today marks my fifth day running this week, and I truly feel the difference your guidance has made in my form, endurance, and recovery. This morning, I started with the 10-minute Beginners Warm-Up, and it was just what my body needed to kick off the run. After I finished, I did the Post-Run Deep Recharge: Stretching for Beginners routine. It was incredibly soothing and felt as if it was tailored just for my needs after the run. I've decided to make your Bedtime Stretch part of my daily routine. On my running days, I'll continue to incorporate the 10-minute warm-up and the post-run recharge. It's a perfect combination that really works for me. Thank you so much for the fantastic routines and for helping me find the right approach to my fitness. Your expertise has made a significant impact on my training and recovery.

i usually do a shorter stretch but i’ve been away from running for a while so consequently it’s been a bit of a painful restart- this longer more involved stretch really softened the blow and put me in a much better body/ mind state, bravo and thanks, i’ll be back

Ash, I recently found your videos and quickly became a subscriber. I've been an active athlete for many years but a few years ago I started having R knee issues, which curtailed my running (but not my cycling). I run just for fun and exercise now. Your videos and advice have helped with my return to enjoying running again. Thanks
