Thank you for a postpartum workout that is actually safe postpartum!! I’ve been looking for something online to compliment my Expecting and Empowered postpartum guide and so many videos are labeled for postpartum but involve planks and lunges, which are not good for months out. I love planks, but it takes time to work back up to them. This was great!

I chose trust. I did this two months postpartum and without a doctor's approval because I gained alot of weight and I feel like a recovered fully. I missed on a couple thaT felt too tight but I did most of it. I'm feeling great today because of you. So thx 😍😍😍❤️

I am 5 months post partum emergency c-section and found it too much for me! I think I should have gone A LOT more slowly and spent more time focusing on my abs. Don't worry if you are not ready for this yet! It takes time and everyone is different!

Really enjoyed this workout - great time length for a busy day with the little one but still felt like a good workout. I am now 7 months post c-section and feeling comfortable with most exercises and wondering how to know when its safe to return to normal ab exercises? Hope you can help. xx

Why isn’t there a noise to say the interval has started? Showing the exercise seems to merge into the exercise itself. I couldn’t follow this video.

Yes! So many “postpartum” workouts online are not safe postpartum! I loved this one, too! So glad you are taking your time to do get back to normal safely!

I am 8 weeks postpartum (C-section) and did this workout today, and man was it exhilarating! Interestingly, I selected card number 4 (self-love), because I have been feeling crummy these days about how I look after the birth of my beautiful baby boy. But this workout gave me the self-love I really needed because even after a huge break, I could perform these intense workouts which really boosted my respect for my own body! Thank yu so much for everything you do!

Fab first workout back thank you! Just felt achy in the lower abdominal area halfway through though. C-section and severe preeclampsia 3 and a half months ago so need to go easy still I think for a bit longer?! Thank you for the fantastic workouts throughout my first pregnancy xx

hi i'm a c-section momma, 4 mos postpartum. i really enjoyed your workout,. i really don't know if i had a diastasis recti but i've been experiencing low back pain for a month now, everytime i wake up in the morning. but stretching exercises/yoga can ease the pain and I'm ready to go.. anyway, i picked number 3.. 😘😘

Yes, you should be able to at 6 months 💞 you can always double check with your doctor if you aren’t sure, but clearance is usually 6-8 weeks postpartum!

Taking it slow! If you have instagram, Expecting and Empowered has amazing information on postpartum recovery! They have a blog also, if you don’t have IG. I also get anal fissures :( I try to take magnesium to help prevent it.
