Poulan Pro 222 38cc - Wont start - Troubleshoot Part 1 - Complete Carb Clean and Tear Down 

I have a user that has a Poulan Pro 222 38cc chainsaw that wont run. I did not get any more information on the saw. We will attempt to get this saw working like it should.
