Recorded this point of view drive video of a 1/50 Neiman Marcus edition 2007 BMW M6 that we are currently selling for potential buyers, and figured the Bav RU-vid family would enjoy the V10 noises as well!

That's exactly like my car except it's a 2008 it's been 16 glorious years just had some exhaust work. It just never gets old

XD I love this car, biggest problem when buying one is adapting to how to drive it. If you are going to overtake someone, you need to be shameless and assertive about it. Because it will make a shit ton of noise, and i am quite reserved. So driving around town is either like a grandpa, or a game of intimidation. Because people drive like monkeys, until they hear you in the distance and all of a sudden remember how to drive properly when you drop a gear. Even if you aren't going that fast, fast in this car start setting off car alarms and house alarms lol.

The car is ruthless… it doesn’t care about anyone’s feelings AT ALL… lmao whether it be the driver, passenger or ppl around.. I love that it does exactly what I ask it to do 100% of the time. EXCEPT when I tried to ration fuel ⛽️ or time 🕰️ on a road trip…. Get 11MPG & stop all the time or 18MPG & still stop a lot while growing slower 🤔🤔🤔 quite the conundrum lmfao unless going 50MPH, I suppose, I’ve never seen 23MPG in this car 😂😂😂

I saw 22mpg on a 500muke trip with cruiz control set @70. To enjoy these cars in the full experience, you've got to have balance. That puts you @about 16mpg.

People always ragging on these engines for being unreliable. Look how people drive them! Not many engines almost force you to max them out because they sound good. For a mass produced engine, driven by folks with no idea what they're doing, I would say the engine is astonishingly perfect.

It is……… something… the Germans really did something with this car…. I. LOVE. IT…. So blessed/thankful & etc to be able to drive one.. granted I worked extremely hard to be in this place

@@jonscott5080 At what number of KM would u say need to change rod berrings? every 50k? 100k? Also what oil do u use

I know I'm going to get negative feedback on this opinion but, If you know how the car has been maintained, along with a complete service history and a trustworthy mechanic who specializes in German cars. I'd say at the most 150k. I currently sit @129k and have never done the rod bearings. I have all of the above and my mechanic has advised me against it. Warm ups to 700rpm(2min) is the key. I use Liqui Molly 10w60.
