Hey! Not sure if you'll see this. But I'd love it if you made more POV widescreen videos like this of a whole busy part of your day like 30 minutes or even an hour with no cuts. You made one like that and it was awesome! Would love more!
I love the normal video content (not vertical). Hope you continue making more of these. I've seriously upped my home coffee game after watching your videos. Keep up the great content.
Hi Connor! I have a question with you posting this and the cappuccino video earlier. What are the differences between how you make these two drinks (besides the choco powder of course). It has always been a bit confusing to me since they seem to be a similar size. Thank you for making these videos!
Hello, I'm a barista and can answer this for you. So cappuccinos typically have more foam in. When steaming we incorporate more air so the foam is dense and smooth. For a latte there is less foam and a flat white is somewhere in the middle. Also the coffee ratios are different in each drinks. Lattes are typically weaker and milky, Capps are a bit stronger and frothy, flat whites are normally smaller so there is more coffee by proxy I hope this helps :)
hey everyone ! i had a quick question if anyone would be kind enough to reply. After watching a bunch of Connor’s videos, i noticed he pulls one drinks worth of espresso through a dual shot spout. i’ve watched a few other channels, and i saw them split the spouts into 2 cups. When Connor pulls his, would each drink be double shot ? and would this mean that those who do pull 2 separate shots set it to more yield, than say 36ml ? or is it set to only pull out one shots worth, making each spout half a shot ? was just a little confused as i’m new to brewing coffee / espresso
i know this is a really late response but depending on how many shots you’d like to pull, there are different buttons on each machine and tampers (the thing that holds the groups). so if you have the tamper with two spouts, itll pour out two shots if u press the two shot button. this is really helpful because if you need one shot each in two cups, you can split them for convenience instead of using the one shot tamper and button. don’t know if this helps!
Hello! So I work at a local coffee shop in the states and we were taught to not allow the espresso to sit out for very long since the espresso will die (Oxidation). Is that something that's only taught to baristas in the states? Or is it that you allow them to sit out just enough to where they don't die before adding milk? Thanks!
hello I noticed something while watching your videos: + a video is long + it is seen the more people seem to love what you do. If the prospect of gaining a large community is one of your priorities then make longer videos type: pov 1hour barrista... (your videos are genital continue man!)
