I like both ideas. I usually do a spinner while the upload is happening but I usually don't mess with confirmation. But if your users want them you can do it. 😍
This is great! This is going to be very helpful with New Stream, as all videos are moving to SharePoint. Would be cool to see a video on how to dynamically show videos recordings that have been uploaded to SharePoint/Teams as they are all put in a Recording Folder. And then use a video control to show the video.

At present I have a form that connects to 365 and outlook. The form allows the user to choose another user and say a few things about them. How can I make it so that the output of these inputs can be exported as a CSV ..and he's the tricky part, one that can be appended on each subsequent use of the form.

@@ShanesCows so logged it with MS. Basically what I've done is make a SharePoint form and each textinput is parsed into the form via a vairable. The form spits out to a SP List which is then able to be exported to CSV
Shane, love your videos. One question, I am new to PowerApps and am building a project tracking app, so I need to be able to save files to subdirectories names for the project number. I have the program building the subdirectory when we start the project, but how do I pass the fixed part of the subdirectory and "\" ProjectNbr to PowerAutomate? Hoping this is simple... Thank you!

Hi Shane, Its me Again to annoy you with silly question, I have setup the flow to how you have excluding "Ask in PowerApps" for the Site address since i don't think i need that. what i want is to be able to enter the folder number in a text input and then be able to upload my image to that folder, so instead of adding the dropdowns for teams/channel to the .run on the attachmentcontrol what do i need to include to get it to store in the folder number i specified? if you explain what the code needs to be since im still quite new to PowerApps and Flow. Great video! I actually displayed the teams in a gallery and then the channels in a dropdown. I have a channel with multiple SharePoint Lists connected to it. Is it possible to select one of those list from a dropdown also once you have selected the team and channel?
I am building a similar solution in one of my apps, but the app will be embedded into many teams in the same org. I need to copy the selected file into the current team (the team the user is using the app from). I can get the current team ID and group ID in powerapps, but it seems like I need premium connectors with Graph to convert that into a SharePoint url, any ideas?
Sorry for the delay. I am not sure. The Teams connector has the Team name which you could guess the SharePoint URL from but that wouldn't be 100%. You could manually maintain a table that maps GUID to SharePoint URL to avoid a Graph call? Not sure.
@@ShanesCows Oh wow, did not expect a reply and especially not from Shane Young himself! :D Yeah that's the way i've solved it, the first time the app is fired up in a team it asks the user to define the SharePoint URL, and some fancy text manipulation to make it fool proof :)
