1) Install-Module -Name Microsoft.PowerApps.Administration.PowerShell -RequiredVersion 2.0.147
2) Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Force
3) Add-PowerAppsAccount
4) Get-AdminFlow -EnvironmentName c8570b98-b4e5-ebc7-8f39-b839d39d8c09 -IncludeDeleted $true
5) Restore-AdminFlow -EnvironmentName Default-c8570b98-b4e5-ebc7-8f39-b839d39d8c09 -FlowName d87c2fbb-7697-4bd4-abba-5e259dba0f07
