@@QuoyahQuoyah nah thats dumb and unrealistic. all that trouble for what? its new york city. theres an ambulance every 5 seconds. even in my own small town. they come like busses and trains if you have ever been in the city. then to have a fake funeral and make his will lawyer his errand boy. if someone could even pull that off that would be expensive and unproductive. it also wouldnt do shit for tariq compared to him being there for tariq to make up for all the times he wasnt. the game aspect of the show is spot on, with all the troubles people face in that world. but it is unfortunately full of characters that started off with the biggest advantages then all of a sudden just made dumb decisions for the entire show. it kills the illusion because they would have had to be 10000x more careful to get where they were in the first place. if i were tariq and my dad waited until my university graduation to tell me he was playing to be dead the whole time id lose respect for him and call him an attention whore who had to run away from his basic manly responsibilities because he was too much of a bitch to face them. in real life people like that dont make it anywhere near his wealth or status

As an actor and a freelance I guess, his popularity shouldn't be seen around just one story. He has to do other projects that will catapult him to his ambitions. I don't think he wants to be associated with only power when his name or image pops up all the time. Just like Jamie foxx, or Samuel L Jackson, or even kelvin hart, when these names are mentioned, you can associate them with a lot of different projects that made similar impact on their audience. So I believe omari wants to be known for other projects other than Power that's all.

POWER will have a whole different meaning/interpretation after we see the FINAL conclusion of this entire franchise.. and that will be Ghost aka James St. Patrick still alive and in control of everything that has happened to his family since his supposed death

In every TV show, they hide things for Tow groups of people, one is the audience and some of the characters in the show. Sometimes they hide something from other characters in the show and reveal it to only the audience. Others reveal to the character in the show first and later before the audience get to understand what was hidden from them. Just like in Power season 6 episode 10, where they left us with who shot ghost. As at That time Tommy, Tasha and Tariq knew who shot ghost but none of us the audience knew who shot ghost until after the 15th episode before we all knew it was Tariq. So if they are hiding ghosts body from the audience and telling us he is dead, and no RIP post, it means they are hiding something from the audience.

He’s not coming back though because they’re not gonna up his pay which he deserves & he also said he’s tired of playing the “gangster” role because he can act more roles than just a typical black guy in the game.

Yes, but if Tommy texted Ghost, is not something they would have shown us. And it's possible Tommy could have just texted ghost and say " Dre is coming to kill u" this alone could be the reason ghost was waiting patiently for dre to show up and it ended up being his son.
