Power SMOKELESS Grill review. Don't waste your money 

Hey, does it cook the chicken on both sides as well as it does in the middle? or did you had to switch them around?

@@teecee2316 she responded to me. This is what I just told her. This is not supposed to be used without the lid. it comes with a lid for a reason. 1. To help cook food eventually 2. To help maintain temperature. I'm looking on Amazon for one right now!

fs127 not true I have one and I cook EVERYTHING on it with the lid on. I have had no issues at all. I cooked two slabs of ribs at the same time and they came out perfect.

The lid is key to hold in the heat.

I mean it is a grill so it makes sense.

Kenisha is right. It won't steam because there's a fan circulating air inside. The lid keeps the heat temp constant. Just like you keep your lid closed when grilling outside as well to keep the temp constant.

But if the lid breaks after one use then its a poorly made product. The grate was warped and didn't sit properly in the base. I do not recommend this product. Thanks for watching

@@sweetsavant you review was terrible I got one for Christmas and I love it I grills steaks on it pork chops and it all comes out perfect you never assemble the unit properly or follow the instructions properly

Doesn't look like she did, but that's how off the grill is in not allowing the cooking surface to sit level with the heating element.

Yep they say to use the lid in the manual as well. Mine works great.

I also have one the fan does come out for cleaning there is a screw you have to remove then it will slide out. Wonderful grill I give it a great big thumbs up

Also you have to turn on the fan first and then turn on the power. Says it should warm up for three or four minutes first. People need to read the directions.

I also notice that after being reassembled, the grate looks like it’s sitting at an angle.. I have to wonder if it’s all getting contact because of this.

I followed the directions and cooked some Spareribs. They browned well and was tender and I used the liid. Opinions very when it come to new appliances. Do you remember the Ronco Rotisserie set it and for it. brought one and it worked perfectly. My sister bought one and never got it to work to her satisfaction and gave it away,

Did you see anything she did wrong? I know the top comment said she didn't use the lid. I have coming and want to give it a fair shot.

She used it wrong. The grill wasn't all the way down on the right and she didn't even use the lide. I have one and it works perfectly fine. User error!

Yes, I can see where the tray is not flat just by the holes in the back ....a lot of mucking around though

@@sweetsavant if you had the grilling plate on properly and the lid on as recommended when cooking (I know it was broken but it looked like you still could have used it, it stood up on it's own) I have that same grill and love it, use it 5 6 times a week.

The lid is broken so I couldn't cook with it. Its also warped so I would not bother with it his item. It's poorly made and I do not recommend it. Thanks for watching

You prolly shoulda got the powered one, it works a lot better than the powerless one you chose

I agree with what you said. The grill grate appears to be a bit lop-sided and not properly seated on heating element. The grill grate can only be seated in one direction, not both.

I say return the item, especially with the odd sound the fan is making, plus broken handle on the glass cover.

May be thats why it was making that noise also

I agree. You can see that the grill plate is probably backwards. When looking at the metal back where the fan is, one side is higher than the other. Bet if she turned it around it would have come out better. I have this grill and it works really well. Check the underneath to make sure it's on correctly!

Atolla Manuel oh my. If I knew you were interested, I would've been glad to make arrangements and send it to you. This is what happened. It was the QVC package with both of them. I ended up sending it back to them but not because it was bad. It was really excellent for what it is. But I am one person. And I used it three times. And I realized that I don't eat that much chicken or pork, etc. anymore. And it was just not a good value for me. But I really don't think it's a terrible item. I would actually just go online and ask where can I buy the griddle for it.. Maybe through that company's website and get it. I would tell you to Google it but I don't use Google. I use DuckDuckGo....one caveat. I hand washed all of the used parts with the grill and all with no problem. But I was real tired the second time I used it and I put the grill in the dishwasher and it was no problem and it came out beautifully. The silver piece the bottom tray I hand wash still. So I can't complain about it. Nice idea. And also a QVC there is the Emerald Gossi 360 thing that does an air fryer and Bob Bob blah blah blah blah. And it sounds fascinating but once again good God you know kind of more than I really needed. But thank you for asking. I hope you have a blessed day. I don't know where you are. The lid was broken. The grill was not overloaded. It had only been used 2 or three times. It is a poorly made product.

She didn't seat the grill plate properly. You can see it's crooked. Also, she left the cover off so all the heat is escaping. I just got one of these and it made my burgers and hot dogs perfectly. Will try pork chops tonight.

No it's very easy to clean its non stick and comes apart you stick 90%of it in dish washer I have one and she did so many things wrong she wasn't even trying to clean it at that point she threw in the spong check other reviews of people properly using the product
