This happened to me this morning. I have a 2013 Honda Civic. It was a low battery. I was fortunate the battery was still under warranty. Thanks Advance Auto. 🍻
Hey Everyone, we have a solution to our problem. Hope this helps yours. we disconnected battery, negative first. unplugged the ABS control module. blew it out with compressed air. tightened the little prongs on female end. everyone of them. die electric greased the connector. plugged it back in. and reconnected the battery. light have not come back on. and has been driven 750 miles with no more lights on dash. hope this helps some of you out there. good luck.
Gilbert Galvan first of all thank you for the video and the solutions you have suggested, I have a problem with my Honda Accord 2013, I had an accident few months ago, and I have decided to put my car into the repair shop, they did some handy work to the body and painted it good, but they basically fucked and my car and in my case it led to the same problem as you had, of course the ABS and the traction lights are on and sometimes the power steer comes on, plus the windscreen wipers are always on THAT IS when i turn on the beam lights. also I bought a used right headlights and it always makes a right signal. help?
all the right side, front side as well, mostly body work, the engine is all good and ruining, they repair shop did something bad, coz the car after the accident worked nicely " altho i couldn't move it due to other stuff in the car that needed to be changed " but after installing the right headlights, and the fog lights, shit started to happen, i'm pretty sure they fucked up with something but i can't know what it is, tomorrow i'll find out once i give them a visit.
I experienced the same problem today. All the lights were coming on. This was after replacing a bad battery that had been out of the vehicle for almost a week, no issue before. Started a few times, all the same result. While I was researching here, my wife ran to pick up a battery terminal brush for me and the lights did not come on for her, maybe after the car had sat for 10 minutes. I cleaned the terminals for good measure (one was definitely corroding). The lights haven't come back on at this point. 🤞
I'm researching that problem now. I under stand what ever the problem is its in the right wheel. The test we are having on Friday will let us know for sure. I will relay the results tomorrow.
@@ricardomunoz02 SAME! I was SO MAD because all I did was the BALL JOINTS! It had NOTHING to do with the BREAKS, any WIRES or ANYTHING connected to all that stuff so how the hell could doing the ball joints cause this nightmare??? 🤬
I have same kind problem nu my break light was off and I get tire low air light was on .I check and the guy told me abs sensor I bought abs sensor now I put abs sensor the light went away but when I drive the car above 10mph the the traction come one and car like highjacking.today I check again so I get code 27-15 steering angle and u0122 .please help me what to do
I had the exact same lights on come on when I went to Las Vegas from SoCal. The eco stopped working as well, and the car was jerking a lot. Took it to the dealership the next morning and they blamed everything on a spark plug misfiring and a software upgrade...it took 6 hours to repair but they repaired it for free. I have a 2013 honda accord coupe.
Did this issue get figured out yet? I have all these lights on as well but at the shop they couldn't pull any codes but with my scanner I pulled code 51-12 and 28-12.. anyone have a clue what is going on?
Did you end up replacing the ABS/VSA mod or did compressed air and electronic grease or did disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes work? Currently having same problem but 6 lights on, already replaced speed/abs sensor that was the fix all per the dealership.
I have a 2012 honda civic with power steering, VSA light and check emissions light that go on. I recently changed the headlights to a high intensity bulbs..do you think they have similar problems?
gilbert Galvan you jamming question i got a bad battery from oreily and changed it n 2 weeks later my power steerinbg on egine light says emission test and the abs control i believe its the battery ugh oreily batteries sucks
i have the same problem with my honda civic 2012, all 3 warnings are on and the engine is jerking. What did you do to fix your vehicle. My battery is providing 14 v. My alternator is working fine.
Same problem any one fix the problem my vsa light power steering and check engine light came on and car losses power and drives slow. Any recommendations or anyone fix there problem?
I cant find any pics for civic, just open the hood and look for your brake lines leavin master cylinder and follow them to abs module. You will see a black box derectly be hind it with a big harness connected to it.
a buddy of mine is going to do a ABS Live Systems test on Saturday. you have to have the car lifted in the air and while you run a abs systems test with a tech 2 scanner.while the test is running each wheel has to be turned by hand, one at a time until test is complete.
2016 Honda CRV: Had Tire Pressure, VSA, ABS and Power Steering lights come on after sitting in 30 min of traffic. Took it to honda and it was the left front wheel speed sensor that needed replacing since it had broke. That one sensor feeds information to all these systems
This happened to me lastnight. Today I disconnected the battery for 10 mins reconnected drove it around the block and abs brake power steering icons all came off. My problem started when I had jams and let the battery die. Jumped it but didn’t fully charged until I drove it giving the battery more juice. Hope this helps someone.
JUNIOR RIVERA i cleaned the harness connector to abs with crc eletronics cleaner blew it out with can of air. reconnected it . and hasent givin me a problem since.
Hi, I have Honda civic 2016, it was hit from front but not too much damage other than bumper and radiator, driver airbag deployed, after I done with repairing I have now abs, steering power, tmps, brake (for electric brake) and vsa are ligts on in the dashboard. I checked with scanner and giving me only miss communication with steering angle sensor! I called dealer and they told me that it doesn't come with this car!! there is no SAS for that car!! Do i have to try to replace clock spring sensor or what? do you have that problem before? Thanks.
You need to scan the Honda with a Tech 2 scanner, there are going to be codes of those lights are on. That would at least point you in the right direction. If you're getting a steering angle sensor code yes it's going to have to do with the clock spring only recommend getting it from the dealer.
I'm not sure if my message posted earlier so I'm going to put it again.you have to check the Honda with a Tech 2 scanner. there are codes behind the primary codes that you have to check. this will point you in the right direction. If you have a steering angle sensor code than yes it has to do with the clock spring. Please find the proper information on how to install it and only get the clock spring from the dealer.
My 2011 accord had this issue, turned out the battery was draining fast. Swapped out battery n problem fixed. It could be alternator if battery is new. Update: lights came back on, not fixed.
Hello, I have had the same exact issue for months, ABS, Brake Light, Power Steering Tire Pressure and VSA lights all stay on no matter what. I was told it was my spark plugs but since then I have gotten new spark plugs brand new tires brand new front and rear brakes brand new engine filter cabin filter and brand new battery, everything is still on!!! Please tell me how I can get this issue fixed.
First you need to know someone with a tech 2 scanner to pull the codes. With all those lights on it has to have codes in your and or body control modules.once you get the codes post them and i will try and help you.
@@SuperDjnrg Came here looking for answers after my 2014 Accord EX did the same thing. I'll probably reach out once I figure out what I need to get the codes, but wanted to say thanks for posting. My lights came on by Disneyland. I should have just pulled over and gone for the day ;)
I have the same problem 2014 honda accord 2014 sedan exl 2.4 cvt took it to auto zone they did a battery and alternator check they found that the alternator is not charging right could be tje regulator or the diodes so thd next day weng to sears auto they check the battery and alternator anx both passed but the technician stated the battery voltage was a little low so I replace the battery due to having two years old and dissconected battery for 45 min all alarms clear but then came up on again order a alternator since the car has 160000 miles and lets see what happens also the ladt step is the modulator assembly vsa thats the most expensive thing on this leave this for last will keep you guys updated
blshotlexusjay those lights have to do with abs and speed sensors try having the Honda codes pulled first and before you start replacing modules try cleaning all the connectors and reapplying Dielectric grease
gilbert Galvan you jamming question i got a bad battery from oreily and changed it n 2 weeks later my power steerinbg on egine light says emission test and the abs control i believe its the battery ugh oreily batteries sucks
Hello i have a similar problem with a Honda Civic 2012 y just change the airbag and the car pop up the power steering light the vsa and the esp light and when a start driving the car get stuck with the brakes because of the esp anybody had this issue before ??
Hello Gilbert and Marco, I’m in Bakersfield also in the northwest. I’ve been having this issue for almost a year now and tired of looking at all the lights and want to fix the problem. Did either of you get this problem fixed? If so what was the solution?
I had exactly the same issue with 2013 just bought from auction, I didn't see all these lights when I tested the car 2 days ago and when I came to get it the battery was drained and I had to boost it, now after some charing I can start the car but still have all these lights ... I will get the car from the body shop in a few days , I will test it again .. please let me know what happen to your car .... my car is LX .. manual transmission 2013 Accord
my 2013 honda civic exl showed these lights after it was towed home. fron end was lifted adn i didnt have a flat bed avail. someone said that caused the codes to appear
The battery wasn't dead.. my wife put diesel in my car by mistake so I had to get it towed to the mechanic to get it drained but it was running perfect just those lights came on
Honda has an odd charging system that stops charging the battery when not needed.. if you turn on the headlights and the voltage jumps to 14 or so, it is normal. 12.5V with nothing on is normal. I believe this problem is caused by a bad ABS sensor or the module. I'll find out soon.
I have a 2012 Honda Accord. The ABS/Brake/TCS lights all came on. Ran the code with my Blue Driver and came back 121-11. Which means, VSA Solenoid Valve Malfunction, RF or LR valve regulator. I took it to my local shop and they could not Dx the issue. So now I am waiting to get an appointment with Honda to see if they can figure it out. Any suggestions?
I have the same issue with my 2014 Honda accord sport. My code is 123-11. Dealer says to replace vsa modulator which is around $2000. Im wondering if a bad wheel speed sensor can cause this issue?
Update: Honda said in fact my VSA modulator was defective and needs to be replaced. Fortunately I was able to get an used one for one third the cost. Honda installed for me just charging labor. Few weeks later and no more issues.
@@bzq3386 If it is a bad wheel sensor, it would trip a specific code for that. If it’s a 123-11 code, it’s a bad VSA modulator and would need to be replaced. Talk to your Honda dealer and tell them you want an used modulator. I got mine at carpartsource.com for a fraction of the cost and Honda installed for me. Only was charged labor. Plus they will need to bleed the brakes. Get the part used. It is a lot cheaper.
@@ahotdj07 yes. I have emergency brake, traction, power steering and abs lights on. But today I had my cars front right wheel bearing replaced. It was causing issues. The mechanic noticed that the wheel sensor is rusty and needs to be replaced. He took it out and ordered the part. Now I have the TPMS light on as well. He says once he will put the new sensor in, it will take care of all the lights. Now I'm not sure if this will fix the code 123-11.
Hi I've got a similar problem with me Honda accord 2012 Tire pressure light on Traction control light ON ABS light on My scanner most of the time does not communicate with the system.... But I get some time lucky got some code U0122 F- can malfunction ECM/ PCM- VSA module unite. 83-12 PCM malfunction ( A/T) 86_12 F can communication with PCM engine malfunction 52-11 Motor stuck off. Please help me with this problem
Hi, the same is happening to my car since two days ago. Did you find what was the problem? I hadn't take my car to the mechanic yet. Please let me know
I have the same problem. My mechanic said it's the ELD ( electrical load detector). A car amp ground wire hit metal where it shouldn't have and it blew the ELD. Easy replacement
Mechanic today said the power wire to the fuse box fried out. He ordered a new fuse box today and it should be here tomorrow. From what I've read this appears to be a resolution for some people. Let's see what happens.
@@alialhelal387 I didn’t figure out the problem , the car was rear ended and is king gone thank god , what I did to be able to drive it it unplug the abs module .
Hello did you found anyway to fix all this lights I have same problem I bought my car from auction and the battery was dead but I still didn’t by any battery but I tried to turn on my car by jump and it worked but I fond same your lights and what is the coda that you talking about it in comments and I have a lot of books coming with car and I think thes is the original books for the car I have Honda Accord 2014 and I need your help

I have 2009 Honda Accord Sedan V4. When i drive the car and pass any uneven surface than ABS indicator, the VSA indicator and the brake system indicator come on. Moreover, when I park the car for more than 8 hours at night than lights goes away until i cross any uneven surface. I used Lunch tech X431 code reader and it gives the code 121-01, VSA modulator solenoid valve malfunction. But I hope that modulator does not have any problem, as the lights did not stay permanently. Some times I drove the car for 35 KM but the indicators stay off Guys please help me ....
asad rafique it might have a bad connection at the abs module, try disconnecting the battery first, then disconnect the abs module harness. clean ot with electronics cleaner. wait to dry put new dielectric grease, and reconnect. plug battery back in. hopes thi helps. it helped me and has not had anymore light issues for 6mnths.
@@SuperDjnrg Hi Gilbert, I have 2013 Honda accord sports 45000 miles. We got the ABS/Pwr steering/Traction control lights On. Took to dealer and replaced speed sensor right front. Still getting the same error code for right speed sensor. Dealer saying need to replace harness and if if that did not fix it, we need to replace ABS module Total cost $4000. Need help.
@@goofy12221111 sounds to me they are just guessing , I found the solution on mine pull the negative Battery cable. Disconnect the ABS connector from the module, and blow out the module and connector with filter compressed air tightening the female side and add dielectric grease and reconnect the ABS connector to the module. Then reconnect your battery. If stereo goes into security mode. Password is on a sticker on the side of your glovebox. It's a 6 digit pin # 1-6
Gilbert Galvan @Gilbert Galvan Replacing the computer module only fixed the issue. Dealer was asking me to replace engine harness for $2000 and later if the issue not fixed then replacing ABS module for $1500. I bought the used ABS module from eBay $130 and replaced only the module and it worked. Thanks Gilbert for saving $$$$.
Luis Peña it was a poor connection at the connector that's plugging into the ABS module. Clean it with CRC Electronics cleaner and get a can of air and blow it out do not use air nozzle because there's a risk of moisture getting onto the plug
@@alishahladhani no I didn't video it. I was getting behind on work and I forgot I'm out and about right now but as soon as I get home I'll put a description on exactly what it was I did to cure the problem
I’m experiencing this issue now…same lights come on as the ones in this video then they turn off when I drive…also sometimes the car won’t start but it seems that if I touch the battery cables (even though they are tight) and tap on the battery sensor then it will start up…battery tested good but alternator test shows that voltage regulator isn’t working but ive heard that a bad battery sensor an give a false reading on an alternator test…currently have an appointment to replace the sensor under recall and I’m going to replace the serp belt because they auto zone tech said mines looks old which it is and if it’s slipping on the alternator then it won’t run as it should…I would hate to replace the alternator and still have this issue so replacing that is my last resort
I need some more info what's the year make and model VTEC or non VTEC and let me know if the check engine light is on did you try pulling any codes the more information you can give me the easier it will be for me to help you.
Gilbert Galvan um its a 2012 civic lx non vtec 4 cyl its has the abs light on and check break light plus the break pedal dont sink wen i apply pressure and the car doesnt turn on smh
I have 2013 accord lx 4cyl..... 147k... Replaced noisy alternator, still worked, just noisy, w/cheap Chinesum from Amazon. Today, about 2months of driving, all these ABS lights came on along with the charging system warning and battery light etc.. Was expecting this due to cheap alternator. Able to get home. Bought OEM alternator from dealer, installed, checked output voltage, was 12.55V????? AND all these brake/traction etc lights were still on, but not the charging lights or warnings. Disconnected regulator wire, get 14.2V and charging system warning. Eventually got 13.8 at times for charging with all connected, but still all the abs steering traction lights........WTF?????...Decided to drive it, and when I moved the car all these lights went out, guess ECM just needed some inputs....Lesson = Make sure to move the car after repairs.....Left car running with all lights, wipers, ac, rear defrost on and charging system did go to 14.4V eventually, so this car only puts out what it needs, when it needs it...
