I am super excited to share this power yoga flow with you. We will be targeting the arms and abs, as per request from my BFF Madison (hehe I love you)! We will also be doing some hypopressive breathing exercises. There are so many benefits to these including decompression of the lower back, aids in detoxification, expanding lung capacity, builds endurance, as well as shrinks the waist!
