Wow! This was the greatest healing meditation I think I ever experienced. I choose a HUGE issue that was making me depressed. My relationship with my sister. At 59, I'd just come to realize how much she, not my parents (who have passed on) caused a lot of my sadness, fear and insecurity that I'd been dealing with all my life. Anyway, I let all that "burn away" in my heart. I thought of our children and grandchildren and just wanted this pain gone for all of us.❤ Thank you Christina (and friend) When I clicked on your email and saw the instruments to use during the meditation I was excited. Did not disappoint!!!!

Ha! I was listening to youtube with autoplay on as I cleaned and reset my space in the other room. This video came on, and I didn't recognize it as Christina, and so I thought "Huh, I should put on a Christina Lopes video. I wonder what she is up to today? And then I realized it IS Christina Lopes :D It is divinely guided, as these last few days I have been experiencing really tough flashbacks to trauma that I can't even find the words to talk about. This was amazing! For the last four days I've been crippled with TGN pain, blurred vision, and nausea from the pain, which has been a part of my life since an incident in 2006. It may sound strange but for the first time I saw the incident unfold before my eyes without judgment, and I was finally able to take a step forward and let my heart heal. I know now in that moment my spirt guides carried me, shielded my eyes, and gave me direction. I saw why the wound existed and how important it is to let myself heal. I feel the energy working to continue to heal this within me. I continue to feel the effects long after the meditation. Thank you so much Christina!! The only thing that could have made it any better would have been to hear your laugh at the end. As I definitely heard it in my head! So greatful for your willingness to share and the energy you put into your teaching!!

Christina, it was the best and deepest meditation I ever did. My painful jaw felt so weird, I felt burning, more pain, more pressure. Then suddenly I felt a nice feeling in my whole body, the energy flowing. I was able to relax my jaw. It was absolutely awesome. My pain is still there but I will do it daily until it’s gone. I know it’s due to frozen in childhood emotions. I believe I will thaw them one day soon. Thank you so much!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Christina, THANK YOU so much for this meditation. I HAVE NEVER had a such an intensely beautiful reaction to any other meditation. This is my third time, third day in a row in completing this meditation and it’s just amazing. When I complete the meditation l, both of my hands are tingling so vigorously, it’s like there is so much energy flowing between them. That was the most amazing experience I've ever had in meditation. My body is vibrating so intensely I'm almost in shock. The chills that ran threw my body were so strong and intense. I'm still sobbing and vibrating. Thank you so much. I thought I was starting to see colors, but was in disbelief, but then you said PAY ATTENTION TO THE COLORS and I was like Oh my gosh!! I saw red, orange, and yellows, then started to see some blues and purples.. this was magic. When you activated my spirit guides, my whole body just lit up! It's still doing it! I cried continuously, as if my body was continuously giving off a lot of suffering. I'm visualizing I'm scooping it out of my body. I'm more weepy this week. It's my late younger brother Sam's birthday 11-12-64. He died of cancer at 14 yrs old on 11-13-78. Just one day after his 14th birthday. 💔😭 November is an emotional month for my family. He would be 58 today. It seems surreal Sam being 58. Sammy I miss you. I love you. This was excellent. I had the blue flame come to me in a meditation a while ago, and what came through this one was a green flame purifying the energy and starting with a flicker but then becoming a strong flame encompassing all my energy centers and strengthening/expanding the bubble/aura around me. It was a column of fire that went from base to crown, and swirling around my aura was a mix of blue, green, and gold. It was beautiful. It met resistance at the root but still cleared beautifully. It felt like minutes but I didn't think of time much while in the meditation, but I saw the green flame emerge shortly before you asked about the color. So good. Thank you!

Wow! If this was a tiny taste of your healing energy, there is no WAY I'm missing Saturday! At first, I felt myself sinking into my mat. But then, my mind went so still and peaceful! But my body wanted to move, so I was gently rocking in all directions with my mind staying clear and quiet. All my ego can say right now is "That was so nice!" Thank you, big sister, for such a loving gift. I love you.

Dear Christina there is something I really want to know. I made a decision a long time ago to be happy. And this is how I am. Occasionally I behave absolutely horrible to people I actually like. I did this to my own daughter when she was only one year old. I was very upset about this. I went into a room to be alone fell to my knees and prayed. God I don’t want to be like this! Please help me! From then on I really loved my daughter and we had a beautiful relationship! Why do I occasionally behave absolutely horribly beyond my control?? Where does this behaviour come from?!

I did it first time root chakra meditation. During the meditation, i feel so good, but after that , I feel so angry. Is this normal? please guide me.

And today I have a optician appt seeing my oldest son whom was protected by an angel at an hour old from a murderer whom is still in prison and my job wants me to work ...clearing some debris ....
