My life has changed for the better thanks to these videos. As for my ex, she recently followed me on Instagram after unfollowing me months ago - She watched a story I posted of my gym gains & I guess she was impressed. If she reaches out or not after this, I'll be fine either way. And I didn't think I'd be saying that back in December. Hi Craig, i have been in no contact for 5 weeks now and I blocked my Ex on Instagram when we broke up. I still want her back but am worried that blocking her sent a negative message. I feel much more centered now and i know she is an avoidant attachment style so i am wondering if i should un block her and explain i needed to do that at the time?
