Try this speed kicking exercise :
- 2 persons holding big pads for body kicks
- 2 persons holding small pads for high kicks
Kick on each person 2 to 5 kicks as fast as you can! For 15 seconds x 4 rounds (or more if you can).
TIPS :
- Give yourself time to recover. Change the with your teammates after each round of kicking.
- The role of pad holder is very important to push you to go faster and kick better.
- Don't do too many rounds, to keep the quality and the intensity high.
- Make sure you do a good warm up and stretch before this exercise, make sure you have a good stretching after as well.
