Im currently overweight and find that motivation to move and lose weight is hard to find so im hoping that practicing your teachings at home in my backyard will help me lose weight and perhaps one day join a dojo to truly hone my skills in this art. Amazingly clear and detailed teachings like yours really are what help keep the art alive and keep bringing in new people such as myself to learn it.

i'd really like to thank you for your well-made video, helped me lot getting started in kendo! im just doing it for personal fitness reasons as i practice lots of different sports and kendo is particular fun to me as i like japanese culture. plus i'd like to compliment you personally as you seem to put great effort in ur teachings, as well as answering almost to every asked question here. respect!
@KendoGuide

SpeedZtarDeluxe Thank you for your kind words! Kendo is not very well known to the world yet so many misunderstand it. And since people don't know about it, they tend to learn the wrong kendo. So I want to help them at least to understand what kendo really look like! Let me know if you have any questions!
