Hi. Three ideas for you. 1 use grease on the drill bit so the swarf doesn’t go everywhere then vacuum the remaking particles. If you blow them away they go everywhere and still cause rust. 2 Paint any holes you drill for corrosion protection. 3 use a torque wrench to complete the tensioning of bolts or at least check them by hand. The impact wrench should not be used for final tensioning. Nice bar. Cheers

Is the bottom part of the radiator normally exposed? Not covered by bash plate?

Hi Karl appologies for the delayed response here - So the cover plate you see in this video exposes the radiator, however this was designed for a 3 piece bash plate which would then cover the radiator. Rockarmor however have now changed this cover plate to cover the radiator and not leave it exposed when fitting the bull bar
