Ingredients for sponge : 6 Eggs
6tbsp White Flour
6tbsp Sugar
1tsp Baking Powder
1 Sachet Creme Ole ( caramel 1x80g )
A pinch of Salt

For cream : 2 Sachets Creme Ole ( vanilla 2x80g )
270ml Heavy Cream
450ml Milk
3tbsp Sugar
2tsp Vanilla Extract

For glaze : 150g Dark Chocolate
3tbsp Sunflower Oil

For decoration : 50g White Chocolate + 1tbsp Sunflower Oil

Start by making the sponge . Separate the egg whites from the yolks , and add the egg whites in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix until you have a foam . Add the sugar gradually and one egg yolk at a time .
On top of the flour , add the baking powder , and also add the sachet of Creme Ole to the egg mix, and mix everything really well using a whisk , then gradually add the flour.
In a rectangular tray ( 30/25 cm ) , add the mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degreesC . Once the sponge is fully baked , let it cool down completely , and make the cream in the mean time .
In a bowl , add the two sachets of Vanilla Creme Ole , sugar, milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix until you get a cream . Then add in the heavy cream and continue mixing until you get a dense cream .
Place the sponge on a platter and add the cream all over it .Then make the chocolate glaze by adding oil to the dark chocolate and microwave it for 1-2 minutes , and then pour it on top of the cream.
Use melted white chocolate ( microwaved with a spoon of oil ) to decorate on top of the cake.
Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours or overnight , then portion and serve . Enjoy !
