Josh Freeman it’s an ongoing prank war. Streeter only spliced sex noises into Stacey’s Mom unprovoked. Everything since has been justified. That open mic stunt was just as awful.
I've seen this probably eight times and it never stops being crazy-uncomfortable, especially at the end when Amir is near tears. I can't fault Streeter for going this hard, though. The previous prank was such a mean ball-buster.
Butt Soup he was a good ass actor though cuz I just found these videos and I only had a bit of doubt because you can’t pull this many pranks without them excepting it
@@encyt4759 You can see Amir nearly breaking at the end. He's almost smiling while laughing. The cameraman has to hide his face with Streeter's shoulder.
Oh yeah, hes funny but he is literally the softest person on Earth. He is the kind of guy to ruin an entire party because you spilled beer and got his sock wet. He is a New Yorker, they're all soft dickheads.
This prank was on a whole nother level. It brought Amir to tears. Making streeter bomb was awful, but streeter got him back on such an emotionally scarring level. This was an epic prank.
I'd disagree. I dont think this even matches the previous prank Amir pulled on Street. But doing something that threatens a relationship is pretty fucked up either way. Maybe Streeter deserved this prank in your book, but his girlfriend definitely didn't.
Not really man. Pranks normally have reliefs in them with the reveal. I also think that, well they kind of do it to eachothers so its alright I guess, but man there is a limit and this one is right there. :)
Rob Huebel is so passive aggressive and ambiguous it's great "Say it, but don't like present it... Street is acting but it doesn't look like he's acting..." 😂
@@runningdigits Yeah, they talked all about it on a Jake and Amir podcast. When they made the first one, they didn't expect anyone to think it was real and then just ran from there. Even during some of the "What Streeter/Amir doesn't know is...." intros, the person being "pranked" is the person filming that intro.
I do feel bad for Amir but he needs to learn to take what he gives. Embarrassing Streeter in front of a huge crowd is pretty upsetting so don't even complain if you had joy in making him upset.
Amir's previous prank to Streeter was just as bad as this, if not worse. They're both making you feel shit in front of other people, making you feel like everyone hates you and thinks you're pathetic. In fact, in the previous prank Streeter was humiliated and degraded in front of a huge audience, here it's only a couple of people. They're both really cruel pranks, but I think a big difference is that this didn't really have a sense of relief for Amir. In the previous prank, Streeter was hoping for a good reaction, got a crap reaction, but learned that it was just a prank, and people don't really feel that way. Whereas here, Amir was really excited about filming for a TV show, and got told how shit his acting was, and felt so terrible about having flown out here and gotten all excited about filming this part only to be cut out. But then even after he found out it was a prank, he still feels like shit, because he still had worked himself up into this excitement about being on TV, and it still *doesn't happen*. So he still feels let down and disappointed. Hope that makes sense
+André Rhine-Davis Amir flew the length of a country to be embarrassed enough to almost cry. Getting humiliated in front of faceless people is a lot easier than people you are face to face with. Plus Amir couldn't just walk out like Streeter could. I can't describe what it is but there's just something about the way Amir was humiliated that made it worse.
"Embarrassing me in front of a bunch of people isn't getting me." Um, can we talk about Amir's comedy bombing prank on Streeter? Now THAT was embarrassing. This wasn't bad at all. Oh, and when Amir said, "I'm better than you". That was obnoxious, Streeter should have continued the prank and flown back, then tell Amir it was a joke. Oh well. Unlike Amir, Streeter knows when to stop the prank before it gets too bad. Sorry Amir.
The point wasn't the embarrassment, the point was that Amir flew to LA for the only purpose of shooting. This is money wasted, expectations wasted. Making your girlfriend mad at you is just meh.
best moment "the whole everything is a prank", Amirs face goes from embarrassed to mortified as the overwhelming sea of humility drowns him all at once lmao, truly one of the best and most elaborate pranks ever. Deep scarring on this one lol
He was crying because, (A.) He thought that he had finally gotten even just a line or 2 on a hit comedy series. (B.) He wasted hundreds of dollars flying to LA. Amir is not a pussy, he was just genuinely upset and let down.
+NO “Architect” YES He decided to be part of this prank war.. his last prank was quite bad as well.. if not worse. Don't test the flame if you can't handle the heat. Chances are Streeter probably paid for Amir.
+NO “Architect” YES Well the prank could have been a bit crushing but are you sure amir paid for the ticket because amir does say at the end about 9:00 that Streeter flew him out to la.
Yeah you're absolutely right. I mean he was at that point in his career where every single little success matters and there's so much pressure trying to break into an industry as exclusive as entertainment. If i were him i would have left in tears and cried myself to sleep that night.
am I the only person that can't watch this? it's too painful and embarrassing for amir. I have tried to watch a couple of times but have never been able to make it in full
watching all of Amir's hopes and dreams shatter in the end was pretty funny. I bet he told lots of people he was gonna be on TV... then it all shatters haha
Mad Tad right...one prank later Amir ended streeter's relationship and then two pranks after that he made him think he was genuinely going to die...harmless...
Yeah I think this is worse than just hitting someone. Would you rather someone went up to you and did something weird, or make you think you're doing your dream thing and then pulling the rug out underneath you?
It's weird, I remember being convinced the prank wars were completely fake up until this video, it just seemed too real with how Amir was acting. Really, he could have been a proper movie star judging by how convincing he is here.
Just saw this cause I was on a nostalgia train but apparently both of them said they faked all of these in a podcast they were on. It kinda crushed me to know the truth but this one is confusing cause Amir seems seriously genuine - if it’s fake he’s a great actor
I never thought about it until watching just now. It makes no sense how they’d have all that footage in the bathroom. Amir would obviously know if someone was filming ALL angles in between takes.
knowing now that these were staged.. holy shit Amir is an amazing actor.. i'm kinda shook cause I remember genuinely being upset about this.. damn.. untapped talent O.O
***** i dont think they realized it was too far, u know its skeeter[streeter idk his name lol] vs amir, so the rest of the crew are just awkwardly watching as they have no opinion on the matter really. its just like ehhhh okay. i think amir has no business being part of a prank war as he only enjoys pranking people [like any other sociopath/person] but cant handle getting pranked.
***** watched it again because its so cringely awkwardly entertaining. it wasnt the point that they realized they took it to far its that amir still didnt understand it was a prank. he was like so we taking it from the top? and theyre like cringe eeeeh dude it was a prank and the advance awkwardness ensued
***** also green shirt guy nailed it pretty much...longer it goes shits gonna get worse and worse so amir just cant handle this kind of topic or w/e u wanna call it. this prank war
They edited this video I remember watching it about 3 years ago and it was longer. Amir probably asked to cut out the more embarrassing parts that followed.
Amir begged a bit more, he pretty much cried for a few more seconds telling him "please please don't put this on the Internet" and he replied "but I have to man, that's the way it goes. I can't not put it up" and Amir kept begging "please man no please" "..." "Please." And then a little "after credits" scene where Amir was sitting in their couch covering his face
Rene Gonzalez I don't think they've edited this any time in the last 5 years. It was uploaded on various websites with more or less identical footage. Would you be thinking of the previous prank against Amir where he auditions as Andy Bloom? He certainly begged Streeter not to upload that one.
No matter how bad this one was, the proposal prank was taking it too far. This only affected Amir's feelings. The proposal prank messed up Streeter's relationship and affected Sharon too. Amir doesn't know how to prank.
Or maybe he does. You either quit the prank war or raise the stakes. Amir did raise the stakes with his subsequent pranks. Nevertheless, pranks are not equal in nature. This one seems more like a personal attack.
"you didn't get me, flying me out to LA, embarrassing me in front of strangers, you didn't get me" lololololololololollololololololo he so got you, so close to crying lol
***** Nah because you have to understand that all amir ever wanted was to go onto TV, its not about the plane ride or anything but can you imagine being lead to believe that you'l be on TV for 2 weeks and playing it out in your head about how this could start your career as an actor only to find out its not going to happen.
ahh. but did you even watch the last prank amir did. in this one only a number of people told him and bashed what he wanted. but the last prank was more of a low blow. how would you feel if everyone watching you to be funny and everyone just keep quiet
Knight Nyte But this was an actual production with actors that he respected. And amir get's the joke in the end and laughs, but when he realizes the whole thing was a sham and he won't even be on TV. That sucks. Streeter's just preforming at UCB and gets boo'd off by people he doesn't even know and they were just joking.
Since as a viewer, I only see Amir as a pompous loudmouth jackass who is 100% annoying, 100% of the time, this was fucking awesome. I make no judgements about the guy as an actual human being, but the Amir that is portrayed in the world of CollegeHumor totally got the pranking he deserved.
Yes I know its obviously him playing a character. Its a dick thing to say he deserved the prank, so, I was like, alright, the "Amir" deseved it. Because honestly, from the outside, this shit was fucking hilarious.
This is one of the most awkward Pranks on RU-vid. You wonder "why doesn't something like this happen to Vitaly or Yousef or Roman Atwood or all other pranksters on RU-vid?" Because they all hire actors to do the best reactions and you are buying it.
It's completely understandable that Amir acted like this, for Streeter the worst would be that he had a shitty stand up night, but for Amir, it's blowing what might have been his only shot at making into to professional acting. He also was extremely let down when he found out that it was all just a lie.
Holy shit man. I thought bombing was bad, but this took it to a whole new level hahaha. I've never felt so bad AND found something so funny at the same time lmao.
Ahh, those special guest guys (Human Giant?) are great and this was a real good prank, but it's like...the least fun to watch cause Amir couldn't take the joke very well at the end... I love Amir, but...maaan, that's cringey...
He probably thought he was getting a big break into TV and then it started going wrong and he was feeling like he would never act professionally. I mean I would probably cry if I was trying to break into my dream career and it didn't work.
Turns out it was all fake! And this was a big prank about Amir being bad at acting, but he acted so well he fooled me and lots of us! I got pranked, gosh!
