I made this today and it turned out delicious! Will definitely make it again! But as so many people mentioned following the video was a pain, it's damn too fast!

Simple Marination. Just Basic. If you want you can add the prawn shells and heads to the rice while cooking it. Adds more flavour. In Goa, we do that for prawn pulao.
There is no mention of temperature control and length of dum. Use of rose water and kevda would have increased the aroma, chicken stock, cardamom powder, coriander powder, cumin powder were not seen in video. Please make prawn Biryani video again and see yourself that whether it taste better? Thanks and Best wishes
