Hi again. Shirataki (noodles?!🤣) is a typical food stewed together in sukiyaki hot pot..with shiitake (not mushroom but yes fungus), tofu, beef, long onion negi and Shungiku (leaf veggies)It’s very tasty and well balanced food. Basically soy sauce n dashi taste but some parts in Japan cooked with miso which is again good bcs it’s fermented. It’s extremely interesting bcs the diet you’re recommending are ALL very very very typical traditional old Japanese cooking. Guess no wonder why Japanese old people are living longer n longer. But it’s going to end bcs younger generation only eat American fast food. How sad and ironic. I follow my parents but combined with your recommendation preventing white rice. I’d like to live long, healthy which is beautiful and NO constapation whatsoever. No skinny fat nor ugly fat either. It takes lots of learning. So thanks.

Why don’t you come visiting Japan to learn traditional food and cooking. You’ll be fascinated. BTW I’m second generation Japanese American currently living in Tokyo due to Covid.
