Im UK based and get prescribed 2 ounces of medical cannabis flower/buds (20%thc) for anxiety every month which is delivered by DPD. You can legally walk around in public smoking this from a pen vaporiser device and if stopped by police you have to present your prescription (email), tub with the weed in showing your name and some form of identity when the police ask.

Unlike this clown I actually have severe anxiety (16 years now, brain chemical change, and it's hell, not like this pinhead at all)), am disabled and don't act anything like this fool. I have noted over the years that there are many people faking disability with the common mental issues like anxiety and depression. I would lose control (I have to be very careful) around this +++wipe. Marijuana is not suitable for anxiety because it often causes anxiety itself, particularly sativa. Oh and unlike this liar, I smoke marijuana because I like it, I have real medications for my mental issues. You folks are easily conned, a dose of healthy skepticism is desperately needed here.

I didn't see them do this. In fact, they were at ease accepting his medical certification for the Codeine and Diazepam. Yet ignored the medical certificate for cannabis. There is no reasonable suspicion here. There is no criminal intent either. He has put his position forward and they should confirm his story or leave. They then detain him for what is an illegal search at that point. As they have no evidence he is in illegal possession. This is a simple legal point. I would say he ahs the grounds to sue for this. Especially if the officers exacerbated his anxiety, legally that is classed as serious as an actual assault. Suggest you get a better understanding of the law for when it's your turn to get spun by the bill.😞
