Just a heads up about the LA Kush which I have rated highly in this video. Recent Batches have been getting worse and are not of the same quality as it was when I reviewed this.
@swim8860 yeah i would add both big Narsties releases in the top tier, i would drop the LA kush a couple of tiers down, same with the grow french cookies thats got worse. Theres probably more but cant think off the top of my head
Oh yeah it would be lovely if they did, but grew them properly not like some of the crap we get. Like the shark attack from hexacan which is a white widow cross but tastes horrible. Had shark attack in the Dam years ago and was amazing unlike the hexacan version

@THEDOGSBODIES1 Hello mate. Im with Alternaleaf, had no issues, got access to most brands via there pharmacy Montu or their partner pharmacies, the staff ive spoke to have all been really good and my clinician and doctor have been spot on.
@@MediLeafUK thanks for the reply, after I asked I watched more of your videos and saw you were with Alternaleaf, they seem to be the cheapest but they don’t have many reviews from people that have actually got bud. I’m unfortunately unemployed at the moment, my mental health isn’t great, I’ve had to stop vaping until I can get some money, it’s been 10 days, it’s not fun and my mental health is getting worse. I am having to rely on harmful chemicals (meds) from the doctors and they are awful, hopefully I can become a legal patient in the future. The green here has so much crap in it it’s not worth the time or money

I would fully agree with this list, I have treid all the strains you put in the top two lvls. Also spot on with the French Cookies, if they just dried it normally I think it would be really good. The Gelato #33 blended and vaped with Modfied Gas is a really nice combo if you have not tried that!!!
I really enjoy these videos. I'm a medical patient too with alternaleaf and like others opinions on differing flowers flavours, effects, dryness etc. I agree wholeheartedly with your grading apart from I've found the fiji sunset less effective than the farmgas and sourdough so would move those 2 up to the excellent band. Although generally I have found the non irradiated to be superior in flavour than the irradiated 1's. The gamma irradiated which i have tried are not as appealing to me at all.
Hiya mate, thank for tuning in. Yeah i agree the Gamma irriadated ones ive tried aswell have not been good. I think its also a combination bad growing ,drying practices and no humity control in the packaging in combiation with Irradiation that make some strains not good.
Love this kind of content! I started my medical journey about 8 months ago, so videos like this gives great insight. Earnt my sub 👍 It also goes to show how different these flowers and terpines work for different people. I 100% agreed with this tier list, then I was surprised when I saw Glory Glue in the crap category. For myself, it's a phenomenal uplifting daytime vape. Adven smell, slight peppery/chocolate flavour, minimal terps, but somehow just melts my anxiety/panic attacks and if I turn it up to 220'c, it is quite heavily sedative, great for my insomnia. I was very upset to see it was discontinued, but I found Liberty Haze to be a nice replacement for the night time effects.

It depends on your own preferences, and budget and of course what your previous experience is and what your used to from the BM. Personally i tend to go for strains that are Canadian grown as most of the other EU grown strains are not up to scratch for my preference.
Each clinic is different some require a consultation to change meds . The clinic im with doesn't need a consult you just email in and is the same for all their patients
The first lot of La kush cake was so good! really helped me and i was impressed with everything about it but now its not the same not purple not minty and takes twice the amount for the effects to help mmm not sure on that any more use to be the best tho... like in the lockdown before the new stuff
@@MediLeafUK but did you have it before the plant died and they started another line? it was purple like all purples and glowing beaut of a bud now its yellow and looks like its been zapped to much, like its still good but its gone from like 11/10 to 7/10
@user-op4hi1vz7b 100% agree with you on that, my first batch of Kush cake looked unreal, as you said all purples looked proppa fire. It has dropped in quality but as you said still good but not as good as it was. I still get it on my script cause it's still worth it for its price for me, but I switch it around every now and again. if it was like it was it would be on repeat every month
Ive given up on trying anything grown in Portugal by Terra verde who is the main grower for Curaleaf. Didnt really get on with most of the strains i tried by them, except the EMT 1 which was ok if you ignored its smell and LA Kush cake but that grown by a different grower in Canada
@@MediLeafUK strangly emt1 was the nicest taste it was just woody piney but not like grim like the rest of the terra verde place, did you try strawberry OG those two don't have that advent smell but yeah bro that advent smell is not right dunno what it is.. If you like kush cake try powdered donuts says its same strength as kush cake but it aint its stronger lol and its been on my repeat for years and i don't plan on changing it lol, good vid btw
@user-op4hi1vz7b Not tried the Adven (Curaleaf) Strawberry OG or Althea Powdered Donughts , heard good things about them might give them a go and see if i get on with them, especialy the powdered donughts, if its like or better than the Kush cake its defo worth a try. @@MediLeafUK I wouldn't bother with the strawberry go just the powder donuts they really are magic, mega surprised how decent the wedding pop triangle is started it yesterday bout an hour after this comment and it was actually borderline to strong and that like never happens lol kinda tasted like zushi but like for 6 quid i would defy recommend the wedding pop over the strawberry but the powder donuts is medically 10/10 and taste 11/10 to me ( in a mighty+ or crafty+ lovely stuff keeps my anxieties at bay and tremors stop when i have them!
Hi 👋 have you had any gelato 33 at £95 ,over x found this batch hurts my throat and has a slight chemical taste. The last 3 batches were amazing quality. But this one's put me off it unfortunately as it was my favourite
@TheCannaHub yeah o was really disappointed with it still smells ok in packet but no flushed right I'd say hence loss in taste and slight chem taste in mouth probably why its 95 now
The quality of the medical weed really isn't up there, they use the same batch for a very long time like 6 months sometimes and iv found none of the medical weed really smells that potent I don't think they actually have proper growers doing it. It may test up at 27% thc but it doesn't feel like it. You can get a standard super lemon haze or super silver haze that beats any of the medical strains. Plus the medical is just a pure rip off. we have a long way to go
@Vonusias cannabis terpines play a massive role in the effects and efficacy of the medication. A cannabis strain with lack of terpenes or flavour does not have same desired medinal effects or efficacy for me as one with a nice flavour or terpine profile.
@@MediLeafUK I understand and agree with you but like I said it's about the effects of the medication as a whole. You put strains lower in the video because they didn't smell or taste right but you said that the effects were great which contradicts your reply. At the end of the day it's medicine. You wouldn't send painkillers back to the pharmacy because they didn't taste nice
@Vonusias I make it clear at the beginning of the video what each category is and how i rate each flower based on quality of it, flavour, effects and price so im not only basing my rankings on taste its just one of my rating factors. And whats wrong with liking the flavour of the meds u consume multiple times a day? Ill ask you this as well when you go to the pharmacy to buy cough syrup for example, do you get the one that tastes like ass or the one thats flavoured and is easier to consume. Same with others like throat gummies , disolvables pills do you buy ones that taste like crap or flavoured if u had the choice.

@Vonusias The point I'm trying to get across is if you had a choice on your normal meds to have them taste better would you not choose that. So why not cannabis? At the end of the day you are entitled to your opinion. If you believe medicinal cannabis should only be looked at on effects only and that's up to you. My video was not created to look at the effects only, and I never stated that and was based on the factors I clearly mentioned at the start of it.
