This is so helpful. I work at a desk all day and occasionally my back starts to hurt. This is perfect for a 10 minute break to address my back pain.

Hi Prerna, no I would not suggest doing some of these asanas in first trimester - it is best to take it easy till week 12-16 and then start prenatal yoga practice. You can just do gentle cat cow stretches if you are suffering from back pain in early pregnancy.
