My first time seeing this amazing gorgeous dynamic and accomplishable yoga series!!!! I am so excited to start! I have been looking for such a series for years now, being an unmotivated individual! One advice to you.... pls follow breath counts as well while you are preaching and practising...hope you take this advice as your sister 😊

Just do as much as you can. Even a few min is okay. Slowly you will get to be a stronger beginner.
