it's refreshing to see a really pregnant yoga teacher, i guess I also needed some understanding. I've been feeling very incapable or unhealthy or insufficient lately trying to do yoga classes, and this was awesome for my backpain. super comforting, the right amount of demanding but caring. 5 months pregnant now. I loved yoga before I got pregnant, but after that I struggled to find any yoga video that I enjoyed doing, they just were not for me. It is really refreshing to do this one now, your voice and whole attitude feels very natural and authentic to me, so I can relax into it. Also the set itself seems to relieve for real my lower back pain that I've been having since the very beginning of the pregnancy. It's sooo good to stretch out and also build a bit of strength, this is the perfect quality and quantity of exercise for me, and tuning into the breath helps me center and feel better about everything. Many thanks and well wishes to you.

Week 41 and my back, sides and shoulders are really greatful for this. I think it is also highly recommendable for whoever works behind a desk. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for this! This is the best prenatal yoga class that I’ve found on RU-vid! Everything else seems to be a combination of strength training and a couple of yoga moves at most. Enjoyed this very much and will continue doing it during my entire pregnancy!

Just hit 24 weeks and this class what exactly what I needed. I've been having a lot of upper right side/shoulder pain due to sleeping on my left and I already feel more space in my shoulders as well as lower back :)
Wow! This was an amazing session. A life saviour! May I please know that are hip opening yogas like full butterfly and malasana safe in the first trimester? I see different opinions on that.
I was looking for something new in my workouts and I had to scroll a while to find this one but I like it better than what I’ve been doing for prenatal stretches! Thank you for leaving out the music and for the tips and advice all along the way Looking forward to trying more videos in the series
Thank you for checking it out. There is a full program that goes along with it. You can use code: RU-vid for a free 30 day access. youaligned.com/classes/healthy-mama-happy-baby/
Glad I’m not the only one! (Not glad that you were having pain lol) My lower back pain started when I hit the 14 week mark. At 15 now, and I feel like I need to start addressing this NOW
You have no idea how greatful I''m for finally finding a yoga prenatal routine that actually calms me down and gives me a good stretch. I enjoy the moments of silence and the down to hearth small talk about the baby. I will be subscribing to your page! Can i ask you where did you do your YTT? thank you
Back feels much better. 17 weeks, and back pains, sciatica and general aches and pains are really getting to me.. and in general feeling uncomfortable... This really helped soothe my back. And at one point I actually thought wow my body can still do this
Thank you for practicing with us. Glad to hear you enjoyed the class! You can take the other classes from this program here: www.yogiapproved.com/classes/healthy-mama-happy-baby/ Not sure about the passage from Yoga Sutras.
