I got into OSRS in 2021, did all of the f2p stuff and then got kinda bored and dropped the game. I only just came back at the start of February this year with a very low level account (about 600 total) and bought 1 month membership. Anyway last week I bought a whole year worth of membership now I am almost 1200 total..... I know I am a complete noob, but I am glad that I started playing this year again because there seems to be a lot of content on the roadmap and I am having lots of fun with the game.
Getting towards some big quests helps you find some navigation for your account if you’re ever feeling bored or unsure what to do! Recipe for Disaster Monkey Madness Desert Treasure Fremenik Trials & uhhh, I forget the other one lol Are the core quests for any membership account. That will get you across gilenor and hold your stats to some goals as you prep for them. Once there I’d recommend looking at the sequels!

The colosseum looks so neat honestly, having that sort of dynamic almost roguelite approach but with your runescape character just seems so enjoyable and replayable. RSN: Layne
8:00 I hope this doesnt get nerfed because i thought the Moths idea was actually insanely cool, finally we actually can legit have healers in OSRS lmao, also the new Heal over Time food is amazing to have finally in Old School, man 2024 is OSRS's year dude holy the new armors sound sick AF the mage/melee one sounds interesting use cases in PvE, but sounds dope in PvP, the new melee/range set on the otherhand WOW that sounds sick, 3 tick as well?? Finally another 3 tick weapon thats usable?? And in melee gear?? Damn dude i didnt know all of that was coming.... GG Best Update OSRS has had in years, 2024 is lit however i hope this Moth AOE Healing Effect is turned off for PvP worlds or areas otherwise we know what people will complain about next... If its 3x3 AOE heal effect is off in Single PvP areas thats perfectly fine imo (so people cant just heal someone without being in the Fight, in Singles, hope they thought about that tbh or ppl will have issues)

Can I just say thank you for the no spoilers on the quest thing? I know it's small but it pisses me off how so many content creators just assume you don't care about quest spoilers.
Seriously! I love quests in Osrs, especially the new ones that form like a bigger narrative. I dislike that 90% content creators just expect you to spacebar through them. Glad that there are some who care.
I'm looking forward to finding the teaser content for the highly anticipated Sailing update. I feel like Varlamore will see a lot of the groundwork sailing requires before the ports are added to the cities we already know and love. More map = more game = more fun RSN: LOB-119
This is only true if you are trying to get the b2b in the first 2 drops, otherwise the first drop is "free" it just happens whenever it happens and then you have the 1/2448 chance for the next item to be the b2b every time you get the drop. Still extremely unlikely but not that unlikely.
As one of my closest goals is to train Hunter till Level 98, having a Hunter guild and a new training method just comes perfectly on time. RSN: Ridiculus
think im about 200 hours into a new ironman called a straw hat. im just playing as luffy for fun, trying to really learn the game for the first time. completing med clue scrolls for the red boater. (played about 600 hours on a main and only ever used the Ge.) cant wait to lock myself in dressrosa till i beat the arena. and then to go for 99 sailing later this year so i can be king of the pirates

dude for thieving it could be puzzles no? like onimusha 1 2 3 series of puzzles. and it gets you loot. you find them while doing activities in the area and the highest tier is base 90 activities and you get loot accordingly but the puzzles are kinda complex and different and would have thieving in mind, its a puzzle to hide something. only the person who hid the loot would know the puzzle and the answer.
Yeah of course: get Warrior guild tokens. Kill Cyclops. Show new defender to instructor. When you get rune defender go to the basement u til Dragon defender. Done

I'm looking forward to reliving our childhood and entering the gates of Varlamore to get that feeling of awe we all had 15 years ago. I'll find the nearest tavern, kick back, and relax with a cold dwarven stout whilst I listen to the roars from the colosseum. After some Dutch courage has been built, I'll take my seat amongst the screaming fans in the crowd and watch as our champion, Kaoz, emerges victorious with a Dizanas quiver, a trophy indeed. @jeanbob1481 well I'm late to the OSRS party and havnt had that feeling yet of anticipation for something new. Zeah has absolutely tons of features. What's not to like?
