It's insane to think about. Normally if you're not rich and your parents didn't take you karting 5x a week as a kid, there's no way you're getting into proper professional racing like this - never mind owning a sim rig worth more than most people's cars. Jimmer is killing it. Meanwhile us mere mortals will have to stick to pottering around on track days in our shitboxes a few times per year because that's all we can afford 😂

I feel like that's something he ends up doing intentionally or not if he needs to calm himself down; it's something he's been doing for years now that's become part of his routine so like if he starts feeling disassociated or overwhelmed I can see him default to that

Hey I raced the same circuit in 2017 and 2018. T1 and T2 are big balls stuff, T2 on a bike is flat out at max lean with the bike wiggling underneath you, love it! Good luck, hope you enjoy it! Don’t forget how few people get to experience racing at Silverstone, unreal 😁 Ps. I also had a 350z loved it, just hearing the big old noisy starter motor brought back some memories.

Nice that Abruzzi is staying loyal to someone at least. I was taking part in a simracing league in which Abruzzi promised some free gear to the championship winner, which happened to be me. I got in touch with Ben and he helped me get the designs sorted out which went smoothly and I waited about 6 weeks before checking in. I was then told the gear was waiting in an airport in Pakistan? weeks later it turned out the designs hadn't been produced at all and we went through the whole process again. Ben then blamed all the problems on his designer and then proceeded to ignore me entirely despite me emailing several times asking what the next step might be. I eventually got the hint that I wasn't getting my prize. Ben if you're reading this: If you're not going to honour the agreement, at least just tell me instead of leading me on for almost a year...
