Prepping my produce for a weeks worth of Gerson Therapy juices 10 per day, 70 8oz juices a week 

The produce for juicing on the therapy is what really cost the most, doing 10 juices a day it was about $250 weekly and then for eating food maybe another $100, remember everything you eat and use must be organic and fresh.

J.Crow's Lugol's Iodine Solution 2%. Since I only change the water twice, I put one mostly full dropper per water bath.

I wash/soak the head of reb cabbage on my veggies wash day however no I don't wash the individual leaves. I've been doing this over a year and never had a problem so for me it works.

Just the outer leaves need to be washed the inside so contained they are clean.

I just remove the outer 1-2 layers and rinse well, inside stays cleannn
