So Krillin, a human who managed to become one of the universe's strongest warrior and is now as powerful as the Namek saga Frieza, who was once considered the emperor of the universe and destroyed the great majority of the Saiyan race in a single blast, decides to become the most badass cop ever. I really love this.

I love how much 18 is into krillin it makes me happy to know that despite not being the strongest warrior he still gets the hottest wife

18s voice actress is so good and I think that's why her character is so likeable (And hot). The way she delivers the "on some planet with that cat" line, is golden, her emphasis on cat is funny and snarky, like disregarding that Beerus is a literal god and that she clearly knows who he is by now. Then to top of the scene the "he's so cool" line just makes her character feel real and infatuated with Krillin. Dragonball has always gotten some of the best voice actors for their characters and this is just another example.

Krillin always had the makings to be a cop; always standing up to and in against the baddest to protect the innocent and vulnerable. A really great scene is back in the Android/Cell saga when he saves a family from Imperfect Cell - watch that scene and tell me you dont get 80's action cop movie vibes. RIP Toriyama.

I love how everyone immediately acts like Frieza is out of their league (and Gohan and Buu's). Bulma isn't shown explaining a major power boost or anything. Krillin just assumes that Frieza is still out of their league despite being manhandled by an early future Trunks and them since getting way stronger.

Some get Toriyama on the phone, I want a spin off with Krillin as a cop full time! It's so cute! And 18 (Lazuli) is precious! She just loves her husband.

The lack of Buu and 18 in the Frieza scrimage was disappointing. Would have been fun to see reformed villains take on a previous one. Though I kind of understand Buu. After Beerus beat the shit out of him, Frieza doing the same would be kind of redundant.

18 has infinite stamina, they let Krillin go cuz nostalgia otherwise 18 would wreck all the Frieza soldiers 💀
