Arguably one of the most underrated first-person role-playing games of the last 10 years, Arkane Studio's Prey fell below the radar a bit upon release. I really enjoyed the game a lot when it came out back in 2017. It turns out it runs and plays amazingly well on the Steam Deck. What's even better is that Arkane seemingly took the time to integrate Steam Input directly into the game's controller settings, meaning you don't have to keep track of your in-game settings vs. Steam Input settings, and gyro basically acts as if it has native integration.
This video also includes handcam gameplay, as well as a short tutorial and overview on how I customised the controls to resemble a more sensible experience (in my humble opinion, Arkane's default mappings were a bit...weird).
