This is a playing of the original Balance Game which first appeared on the US Version of "The Price is Right" in 1984, but was quickly retired by 1985. Sorry for the quality, but this is the only playing of the game I have in my collection

I like the current "Balance Game" better than the original "Balance Game" because the current "Balance Game" is a lot easier to understand.

Personally, I liked this old game better than the current "Balance Game". I felt like the rules were very unique and original.

I miss how curtains reveal the pricing games right before they are played.

Well, 3 bags. There are 4 bags at the start of the game, one of which contains the last 3 digit's of the price of the prize. The host puts that on the scale by default, though the player has to add in 2 of the remaining 3 bags.

Could the small prizes in this game be won? Although in all other small prize games they could Bob didn't tell the contestant you win that prize so it seems unlikely.
