The Price is Right New Big Wheel Design 

I liked how Drew didn't ask the contestant if he/she wants to say hello to anyone. If they want to say hello, then fine, but the host shouldn't ask.

The wheel looks great this season.

I like those new numbers font they did.

To be absolutely correct, the original look was a plain solid gold color. Search Price is Right 1977 and you'll see.

The wall on the purple wheel (an attempt to get the wheel for HD) was purple with a mix of the late 1970's-1988 wall with small Pricedown dollar signs and one large Pricedown. The purple on the wall was too much like the Season 36 SD turntable wall. The new red wall fits well with the HD set's door and turntable.

Very nice new design. A part of me wonders just what purple wheel looks like. Ugly, I know, but I still wonder.

they really should have kept the flashing red lights along the side of the wheel, i think it would look better

Just to be clear: What happened is they started with the design seen here, then they changed it to the purple wheel, then for one episode, they used the wheel used in the Las Vegas show, then they went back to the wheel design shown here.

I don't miss Rich Fields on the Price is Right at all. He always sounded too much like Rod Roddy in 80s.

The original wheel did not have the dollar signs at all. First it was a solid gold background, then a solid red background....then the dollar signs.

Which do you prefer: the 1979-1988 wheel, with the pink Pricedown signs, or the 1988-2008 wheel, with the slanted "Super Ball" signs?

Those new numbers on the wheel are butt-ugly and need to change it back to the old numbers and bring back the tiny dollars sign near the scoreboard.

This wheel has the worst design ever the original was traditional and excitement nowadays this wheel has ruined the fun it has.
