I have a second testimony- where I watched a lesson Study in which Stephen Pidgeon actually said that basic phrase. It is actually easier to calculate the weeks/Sabbaths this way according to the moon phase. And it makes sense that the moon [does] point to where the Sabbath is [This shall be a sign between thee and me].
The Priest in the Temple kept the Day of the New Moon on the “Beginning” of the Month/Lunar cycle, Not the Next Day! Numbers 10:10 (KJV) “Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the “beginnings” of your months”, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your “burnt offerings”, “and over the “sacrifices” of your “peace offerings”; that they may be to you for a “memorial” before your God: I am the LORD your God (Elohim).” The “memorial” is always on the Day of the New Moon, as well as the sacrifices and offerings for the Sabbaths and New Moons, and were all done at the beginning of the lunar cycle, not the following day. Ask yourself, was it this day i.e. the beginning of the month/moon/new cycle, or did the priest wait until the next day to do his duties of the offerings for the Sabbaths and New Moons??? The above and Numbers 10:10 is positive proof that the priest did NOT wait until the next day to offer sacrifice and offering for the New Moons and Sabbaths, as the following conclusively shows, they kept the “beginning” of the lunar cycle as the Day of the New Moon as the Memorial Day, it commemorates creation, and here we see it at the beginning of the lunar cycle/month. Ezekiel 46:1-12 KJV says, [1] “Thus saith the LORD God (Elohim); The “gate” of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but “on the sabbath it shall be opened”, and “in” “the day of the new moon it shall be opened”. [2] And the prince shall enter by the way “of” (belonging to) the porch of “that” “gate” without, and shall stand by the post of “the gate”, “and the priests shall “prepare” his “burnt offering” and his “peace offerings”, “and he shall “worship” at the threshold of the “gate”: then he shall go forth; but “the gate shall not be shut until the evening” (this is happening in the beginning of the month/new lunar cycle!). [3] “Likewise” “the people of the land shall “worship” “at the door of “this” “gate” “before the LORD “in” the sabbaths and “in” “the new moons”. (all of this is definitely happening on the Day of the New Moon at the beginning of the month/cycle, not the following day.) [4] And the “burnt offering” that the prince shall offer unto the LORD “in the sabbath day” shall be six lambs without blemish, and a ram without blemish. [5] And the “meat” offering” shall be an ephah for a ram, and the “meat offering” for the lambs as he shall be able to give, and an hin of oil to an ephah. [6] “And in the day of the new moon “it shall be a young bullock” without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram: they shall be without blemish”. [7] “And he shall prepare a “meat offering”, an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs according as his hand shall attain unto, and an hin of oil to an ephah. [8] And when the prince shall enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch “of” (belonging to) “that” “gate”, and he shall go forth by the way thereof. [9] “But when the people of the land shall come before the LORD in the “solemn feasts”, he that entereth in by the way of the north gate to worship shall go out by the way of the south gate; and he that entereth by the way of the south gate shall go forth by the way of the north gate: he shall not return by the way of the gate whereby he came in, but shall go forth over against it. [10] And the prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when they go forth, shall go forth. [11] And in the feasts and in the solemnities the meat offering shall be an ephah to a bullock, and an ephah to a ram, and to the lambs as he is able to give, and an hin of oil to an ephah. [12] Now when the prince shall prepare a voluntary burnt offering or peace offerings voluntarily unto the LORD, one shall then open him the gate that looketh toward the east, and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he did on the sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate.” The above is NOT talking about the day after the beginning of the month. It is referring to the BEGINNINGS of our months, when the old moon ends, and a new one begins, and also the sabbaths, it was on THIS day that the priests would do his duties of sacrifices, and offerings for sabbaths and new moon, not the next day! Here are some more of my notes showing that the priest were doing his duties of sacrifices and offerings for the Sabbaths and new moons at the beginning of the cycle, Numbers 10:10, not the next day. The very first day “of” (belonging to) the new Moon cycle is The day of the conjunction. That is a fact COMMAND For us to worship "IN" the "DAY” that is “COMMANDED” by the Commander YHWH himself, not Ezekiel, we “must” know what these two little words, “IN” and “OF” mean, or we will miss the mark! For us to worship "IN" the "DAY OF" the new Moon/month, is by command and not by speculation or conjecture, therefore YHWH specifically made it very clear to which day/Yom/space of time, that the New Moon is “IN” and “OF” or “BELONGS” to, or we can never get the Sabbaths or New Moon right, as commanded by the commander. See every where in Psalm where it says “Praise ye the LORD”, the Hebrew is HalleluYOD HE pronounced HalleluYUH/YH. My point is that the command is to praise Yuh, NOT Yah as in Yahweh or Yeh as in Yehovah, but YUH as in HalleluYuh. The others are traditions of men and is vain worship. Bottom line is, does IN the day OF the New Moon belong to the old Month/Moon that just ended or the one that is just beginning??? It could be either, because both are in the same solar day, or space of time! That’s why YHWH, though his prophet Ezechel was so particular to put these two little words into the command, so it would not leave us an opportunity for us to error and get off of his very special appointed times. The “thus saith LORD” is Yuh Wuh speaking, NOT Ezechel. It is a very specific day in which the old moon ends “in”, and the new Moon begins “in”. If we want to obey the command to worship "in the day “of” (belong to) the new Moon", we must find out what day the old Month/Moon ENDS “in” and which day does the New Moon belong “to”, in order to find out what day belongs to the new moon! Again, the day “of” the New Moon is referring to which day belongs to it! I say, the conjunction day belongs to it, not the previous month. With these two little words, IN and OF, especially the word OF, which is a preposition, and means “belonging to”, YHWH give us an absolute-and very clear way of knowing for sure when the first day of the New Moon is, which is called, the Day OF the new Moon, or the beginning of the new month/moon, Numbers 10:10. First let’s find about the word OF by turning into Ezekiel 46:1 and reading the Bible definition of the word OF, [my comments in these brackets] which says, “Thus saith the Lord GOD (Elohim); “The gate” “of” [Belonging to] the “inner court” that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.” [This is describing a very specific “gate” “of” [Belonging to] the “inner court” that looketh toward the east, which shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened”, AND it was on THIS day that he done his duties for BOTH sabbaths and the New Moons/beginnings of the monthly cycle. [gate” “of” [Belonging to] the “inner court” that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.” The word OF makes it very clear, which gate belongs to the enter court] The almighty can close out a moon and begin a new one in the middle of the day, same with the year. MOTION and CYCLES The almighty created the heavens and earth and set everything into motion which is unending cycles. The universe is alive in motion because dead things cannot move! what Day the new month/Moon begins in. This is an absolute, and is the Day OF the new Moon, or the beginning of the new month/moon cycle, Numbers 10:10.
