Ordered the pro for my 2016 GX460. No installation instructions included (and none on your website); hardware missing - crazy after paying over $1k. Used this for help since no other help provided. At what point do the inner side rails get installed? When installing the crossbars?

What order do the feet go!? I got the same for my GX460 and see a set of two labeled 1, 2, 3.

@@TheTyLife88 I assumed front to back, 1, 2, then 3. Zero help from these guys. I asked about instructions and got a "sorry for the inconvenience" reply. No offer to help. Nothing. Pretty terrible to be honest. They didn't even bother responding here. Bringing a $1k+ product to market, not including instructions, and not warning the consumer about the lack thereof is neglect at best, not a mere inconvenience. Not impressed

@@drewnc2009 They really don't care and they do not respond to telephone or email questions either. One of the bolts for the crossbars didn't match up once I put the inner side plate on and the bolts were very hard to get started without cross threading. Other than that, it seems like a great product. However, with that said, I would not purchase from them again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. That's also very important to me and Prinsu fails there!

They did respond to me eventually, it’s 1, 2, 3. Front to back. Contacted Prinsu, but my hardware on the pro is already rusting only a month after install! I literally went with and paid extra for the pro since they marketed corrosion resistant hardware on the new rack model. Very frustrating…

Is it normal for the front feet to not fit flush in the inside rails? They have tabs sticking out the sides that prevent a seamless fit.

Just got mine for 4Runner and no installation bracket kit or hardware. Watched this video but nothing about inner rails being installed. When does that happen? Guess i'll figure it out on my own after i get the install kit??! jeez guys.

We apologize for that inconvenience, if you haven't already, reach out to our customer service team and they can get you the kit and hardware. As for the inner rails, sandwich them between the crossbar and outer rail when installing the crossbars.

Can someone explain to me the significance of the inner frame? Because they don’t really mention it very much here I accidentally just didn’t install the inside rails. Seems totally fine without… why was it designed like this? Doesn’t make much sense whey there would be two pieces…

I'm just about ready to pull the trigger on the Prisu Pro Full. What lift kit and tires are on this 4Runner? Are there wheel spacers also? Love the stance.

Got my pro rack and none of the side brackets are marked at all. How can I tell the difference so I know that I am installing them correctly?

I can’t seem to find anywhere effective instructions on the Prinsu Pro with the light bar kit. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to mount the light bar to the wind deflector. The only one I could find was for a different version of this that had completely different components provided.

why the two pieces of dble sided tape.. why not just one that spans the entire length of the bracket? anyways great video i am soooo glad i dragged my feet on getting the original rack, i was surely making this purchase soon but now i have reservations after reading all the reviews about missing parts and non existent customer support. stainless hardware is the way to go with something that sees water. should have been standard with the original.

Just received my pro rack for my 5th gen 4Runner today. Waited 4 weeks. Order status is still “processing”. Never received updates on my shipment and had to call frequently until I called today and they said it was delivered at my door. Half of my parts are obviously scratched in shipment due an absolute failure in placing foam between parts. Clearly lazy packaging. Definitely not happy.

This video does not link from a mobile platform, we were sent to the original video which made no sense. Also, the PDF for the pro rack is not only wrong but horribly detailed. Finally, I would not Loctite anything until you have this installed & lined up. then remove every bolt and Loctite them one by one. it will save you trouble later. Side note. Add a strip of 3m clear bra across the top so the noise reducing rubber doesn't rub through the clear coat.

I agree with not loctiting until everything fits. That was a problem for me.
