Participants will be guided through our team’s custom “Strategy Scope Building” tool, where a simple set of questions can answer which processes and deliverables can best drive impact for your organization and audiences. We’ll then put together a series of sample scopes of work to illustrate the organizations, institutions, and government projects we often work on here at Aten.
