Because Lands are colorless... In order to find the color of a card you have to look at its mana cost, if it has blue in its cost for example, it is blue. Since Lands don't cost anything to cast they are colorless.
I see your point and it's completely valid. but that's kind of the point of Ravinca's guild. and for most players (especially the pro's) multiple color decks are not an issue, because that's how most player's play these days anyway. it's extremely rare to see a pro tour player with a mono deck.
That's close to the definition of protection but not quite. 1. Damage is reduced to 0 by x 2. can't be targeted by spells or abilities that is x 3. Can't be blocked by x 4. Enchantments with an older time stamp than x goes to the graveyard. (White Ward is a white enchant creature that gives the creature it targets Protection from White and it doesn't fall off)

No, he wasn't. He was insinuating that the OP was implying he was charming the voice, when he was in fact charming to draw in response to the voice being played; therefore he would not get a token and he could still draw the card.
Can someone point out if I'm wrong but wouldn't the better play at ~18:40 be to Aetherize the attacking Medic and Chain Walker,main phase Sphinx's Revelation, then with Josh's mana he's only be able to drop one creature per turn, drop a chain walker and pass. Then UWR woud've had a turn with all of his mana up, a full hand from sphinx's and 10 life staring down a single chain walker?
Okay so at 0:35:00 if Ochoa's mini-FoF had hit the 2 Sphinx's and a land, would Castellon's play have been to split it with the Sphinx's in one pile and the land in the other? Would've guaranteed he could stick the Sire of Insanity which would've gotten rid of the Spinx's Revelations itself. That would've been a neat play to see.
In the Utter-Leyton vs Shrout game one shouldn't Jace have died on the first attack against it? The Legion's Initiative should essentially counteract the Jace +1 and the Gore Chainwalker and the little Goblin should swing for five right?

Protection only protects from targeting of those colours. Supreme Verdict is all creatures and indiscriminate. Protection does not protect against this, you would need indestructible on the permenant or an ability like AEtherling that phases it out for a split second while the ability of Supreme Verdict resolves.

lol... no no no.. azorius charm puts voice on top of his deck. Dies in magic terms means, a creature goes from board to the grave yard. even exiling voice doesn't create a token. :)
