Hey, thanks for making these videos. ADHD feels so shameful at times because of difficulty initiating tasks. You sharing these videos makes me feel like I’m not alone in these struggles.

I am going to type a sentence, even if it takes all day. I actually got something done, now what about getting off my butt and paying some bills. I need to think about that, where's the check book? Looks like rain, best to start on a full stomach, not sure what to eat. Maybe just go back to bed and start over after a nap. At the end of the movie "The Thing", who was the thing? Was the thing dead or was both guys the thing or just one, which one?? I need to know. I cannot think about that now. Now what was I doing??

Can relate, but when you find something you are passionate about and want to improve upon, does it end up with you hyperfocusing on it and putting things off like eating, or sleeping?
