Welcome to episode #20 of Noobs in disguise. Your 7th favourite starcraft II duo lambo and harstem are back to give you some insane Noob in disguise action. Email for replays: Harambosc2@gmail.com
I totally get why Terran hates the disruptor. That early sneak disruptor shot is my favorite thing to do. I could make a montage or write a book about it. Call it Novas in the Night, a collection of stories about armies disappearing while the Terran wasn't looking. You may win the war, but you'll never feel safe again.
Hii it's a beautiful present to wake up and see this has dropped! I'm the Terran hahahh I didn't even think to go mass BCs omg. I've never done that before. Also I stan Lambo > Harstem now 😡
My guess was 4400 too and I thought I would be lying too low rather than too high. Great episode again. My favourite SC2 content atm. You complement each other extremely well. An appropriate punishment for Lambo would be to play Protoss at next SC2 Masters.
My best guess yet, 4000MMR, :D If they fix their mining and add more production they both could get Master. Impressive use of the Liberator by the Terran.
Lambo: i coach my girlfriend, she is diamond [and protoss] Harstem: dead silent (inside voise: oh no here we go again...) *ptsd triggers* *phone drops*
Perhaps you should patch the rules so that whoever is behind gets to guess second. Otherwise Harstem should just copy Lambo's guess whenever he gets to go second.
It's just yamato at the start of the engagement and continue Amoving. BCs with yamato trade incredibly well versus carriers, like 2 carriers to 1 BC. Without yamato i think the carriers barely win 1 on 1, as depsite only doing 16DPS versus the BCs, the BCs only do about 18DPS, and the carriers have more total HP, but with 5 port BC they always have yamato, and always use it. Tempests do worse against BCs in a fight, their DPS is also abysmal, but can infinitely kite, which is really hard to do at low levels. And if you chase too far away from your static defence, which low levels players well might, the BCs can just teleport on top of your tempests, and then obliterate them, before just Amoving whenever they want and killing all your economy or production or whatever they want. Stalkers and void rays also don't work versus 5 port BC. The BC numbers get too high, so the voids and stalkers won't have the numbers to get good trades, esspecially with yamatos killing stalkers in 1 hit and leaving voids 1 shot from death. Against early BC you can have the numbers of both to kill the BCs before they get much damage done, although teleport can still let them stay alive and tradr effectively over time.
Sure, but Tempest are by far the best answer: Their bonus damage against flying massive units is great. Even without kiting perfectly they do well. If you see an incomming teleport imediately, you can get enough room to kite again.
Wow, way off lol. I thought the composition and general execution was way too good to be below master, even though the micro was obviously well behind a typical GM. I guess I should have estimated lower when I saw the Terran failing to split their army and saturate their gas.
@@nathangamble125 Look how much time they spent not being maxed with thousands of minerals, production is mid Diamond, composition and general execution is Master, that makes high Diamond. :P
The more I watch of Harstem the more I get ticked off by his near-constant soapboxing about how much better he is than everyone and if people don't do things his way there's something "wrong with their brain".
pro terrans are really bad with BC. They try to split them and keep up harass. Dude just build up and turtle and BC in bulk are unstoppable by protoss. I scoured the internet and found 1 game ever where protoss wins, it was more viking than BC but vikings are also good against protoss so I counted it. The vikings were all time-warped, which was the key.
